Let us help you feel right at home in downtown Indy in this executive 1 bed/1 bath suite right on the popular
Indianapolis Canal! Equipped with a gym, canal walk, vegan cafe, and balcony views! Plenty of local dining & shopping options are a walk or short scooter ride away. Located just 17 mins from the airport, also near Lucas Oil Stadium, the Indiana Convention Center, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Comes with a full kitchen, coffee bar and access to the many complex amenities!

The space
Your space includes a modest bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, and shower. We have a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Fully stocked coffee bar with Keurig is available for you.
Guest access
Enjoy the entire apartment as well as property amenities such as an outdoor pool, gym, game room, and vegan cafe.

No parties, loud music, Smoking or vaping in the unit. Items lost, damaged, or removed from the apartment will incur fees.
Check out is 11am unless we have approved a later checkout in writing. A late fee of $79 will be charged after 11:45am.

I was able to walk everywhere I needed. The Room was very clean and equipped with everything I needed.

Perfect little place!

For 2 of us, this apartment was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable; within walking distance of the stadium and convention center. Reached out to the owner about a minor issue and the response was very timely. Check in process was fine, though we arrived late at night and the process to open the lock box was a little spooky. I was not alone, so it was fine.Building staff were also very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again!
