I have stayed in Davenport every year at this time for at least 10 years. I have stayed in hotels and rental homes. This was by far the best place we have been. Comfortable, clean and rental went smoothly.

This property is a great value for what it provides. The neighborhood is very peaceful and close to everything. We were very pleased. Steve was prompt with responding to any questions. I recommend this property.

we were a family group of 4 adults and a 4 year old visiting local family. we had plenty of room to gather with local family and have dinner. The fenced in yard was very handy as we also had our small dog with us. kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable

Wonderful Family Home!

We don’t live near family so when we come to visit we love staying in a family sized home. The house is in a great area with a short drive to everything. We took walks almost every night and even the neighbors were very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Great location, well designed house and the owner was a breeze to work with.

I stayed for a week on a work trip and we stumbled across this gem. The kitchen is large, there's a fenced in backyard with a grill.. I will be coming here every time I'm in town.
