Beautifully restored, older 3 bedroom home in central Davenport. Close to Saint Ambrose University and Palmer College. Five minutes from Davenport's vibrant downtown with many restaurants, theaters, and a world-class art museum. Also, a walking/biking trail along the Mississippi River.
Featuring, kitchen--family room, dinning room, living room, and entry hall on the first floor. Three bedrooms, laundry, and full bath with shower, on the second floor. There is a three-quarters bath on the first floor. In summer enjoy a screened in front porch and large deck in the back. Off street parking available.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! Ed and Sandy were fantastic hosts—welcoming, responsive, and truly made us feel at home.The house itself was charming, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the kitchen, which was well-equipped and became one of our favorite spaces since we cooked often during our stay.Everything about the home made our visit relaxing and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Ed and Sandy’s home to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay!

Everyone loves the house. Was spacious and very clean, owners were great as well. Faat to respond and offer assistance. House is full of character yet still cozy.

Our family of 5 adults was in town for a celebration of life, and this home suited our needs well. Beds/pillows were comfortable, showers were good and there was ample space to comfortably entertain other family staying nearby. The screened front porch provided a great conversation space. When we ran into a problem with needing additional cookware and serveware it was quickly accommodated by our hosts. 15 minute walk to Whitey's for the best ice cream around!

This is a gem of a house. Beautiful on the inside, lots of neat little features (the bench in the foyer, the cubby in the entrance hall, the stairs that go down into both the den and the front hall, the pantry, the back porch, the front porch). Very well cared for, and very well appointed for all day to day needs. We were there a week. One night we had some local family over for dinner and sitting in the dining room all together felt like we were in our home. Ed was very easy to deal with also. The neighborhood is not fancy but feels very safe. There are a couple of restaurants and some shops in walking distance (but if you want to get to the river and other parts of Davenport you need a car). We would most definitely stay here again.
