Quirky home in great location

Pros:

* Close to Uptown attractions and restaurants
* No need to hunt for parking; park in the driveway and walk
* Fully stocked kitchen
* Private back yard with gas grill and dining area
* Gas fireplace
* Lots of light
* Pet friendly
* Upstairs bedrooms each have mini split

Cons:

*Two upstairs bedrooms have a max height of less than 8` and angle down sharply. Depending on how tall you are, you will have limited standing room
*Both bathrooms are downstairs

Home is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the uptown shopping district. Many of our neighbors are long-time residents. You will see them walking their dogs or having a chat.

Park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. Walk to the Uptown District; shops, galleries, restaurants, coffee shops etc. You can drive to West Sedona or take a shuttle. There is a convenient shuttle to some of the most visited trail heads. Definitely take it; the parking lots fill up quickly.

We had a great stay in this house! Our goal was to get out of the Phoenix metro for the Thanksgiving weekend and we had a great experience. The house was clean and ready for us on time. Our contact reached out the afternoon we checked in to let us know there were some light bulbs in the master bathroom, but she had them replaced within an hour of us being there. The only minor issues were the internet dropping out making watching football over the weekend a little challenging. Also, the smoke alarm going off in the kitchen when we were only warming leftovers in the stove. Both very minor issues that didn’t impact our experience. Would definitely look for availability on our next family trip to Sedona!

A wonderful place to stay. So cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home. The location is perfect for enjoying the Sedona shops and restaurants. The back garden landscaping was done beautifully and we enjoyed the local wildlife that strolls through it.

This property is absolutely adorable and we enjoyed being able to walk to shopping and coffee. The views from the front porch are fantastic. Pet friendly property and Sedona is amazingly pet friendly. We didn't have anything to do with a winery so I'm not sure why that was a mandatory question.

The location of this property is excellent! Within walking distance of Uptown Sedona with its shops, restaurants and galleries. The property was as described and Cathy was very responsive to my questions. There were 4 adults in our party and we all had plenty of personal space.

Sedona Family Vacation

Keys features to why we booked this property- Wanted a property in Sedona, Arizona to spend a week hiking and taking advantage of all that Arizona has to offer- Sedona Uptown area, walking distance to the various shops and restaurants, - the 4 rooms were perfect for the 3 families and teenagers- Pet friendly as I wanted my Basset Hound to be part of the vacation event- Price point was exceptional This was the first time I booked through vrbo and this property exceed all expectations!House was immaculate exceeding all expectationsQuiet neighborhood to sit outside either out front or in back enjoying the mornings or evenings watching the surrounding wildlifeFully stocked house - took advantage of washer/ dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, really nice walk in shower, grill, small appliances crock pot, blender, and every other utensil that we could use. We brought one of our own but they even had multiple beds of dogs, I also wanted to show appreciation for the pet friendly property by having my hound wear PJs to keep the shedding off the furnitureEasy access into and out of the house with a programmed combination door lockWiFi access The owner or someone else was available online via vrbo to answer any questionsEasy cleanup instructions for check outAgain we appreciated everything about this property and bookmarked it hoping to take advantage again in the future. Amazing Location

Location was fantastic and the wildlife was fun to watch. We seen coyotes, Javelina‘s and mule deer behind the house on the back patio.

Family Sedona Trip

It was perfect!!! The cottage is in a really ideal area as far as proximity to shops as well as safety. The interior of the cottage has an abundance of character and quaint family gathering vibes. We enjoyed a nice fire out back in the beautiful garden area and all amenities were well kept, functional, clean, and comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for one couple and the two kids, while the other two couples took over the two bedrooms downstairs. Everyone was pleased with the sleeping arrangements and overall comfort of the home.We hope to stay here again for our future trips!
