Convenient location, clean, and comfortable

We were very pleased and would stay there again. It was especially nice to have a comfortable, decent size living room. We had a mixed group of family and acquaintances and it was helpful to have different spaces to hang out in. Very close to the river walk (about a mile) but very quiet in the immediate vicinity

A long weekend in Estes Park was perfect!

This townhome was the perfect size for my family. The views were incredible. Location was perfect… a short 5-10 minute walk to the Stanley Hotel and the downtown shops/restaurants. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to get away.

Great location; lots of space

Great location and plenty of space for our four adults and could have accommodated several more people. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice sized gas grill.

Great place to stay!

The property was in a great location and wildlife was everywhere. The home owners replaced a grill in a very timely manner and Steve was very fast at responding. Would stay here again!!!

Great Accommodations!

The condo was in a great location, close to the Stanley, with a great view! Even though it was close to downtown and the grocery store, it was quiet, which we enjoyed. Plenty of room for our entire party to stretch out and relax after spending the day in RMNP.

Perfect location

The condo was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for us to attend a family wedding. Good size rooms and kitchen was well stocked. The front door was very hard to get into, but we eventually got inside. Recommend replacing the bottom handle.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean, quiet, well equipped and housed the seven of us comfortably. Our grandson loved the bunk bed. The location is great with easy access to town. We saw deer outside the back windows. Would recommend!

Great getaway

Property was just the right distance from everything. Very family friendly. Called property manager about outside light, came and fixed it right away. Only downside, the expectation of washing and drying towels, especially as all had to take showers before we left. towels. We barely made it out thdoor

Great Stay with Easy Access to RMNP

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is comfortable and well equipped. We cooked most meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The house is within walking distance to the grocery store and very close to downtown. We spent a lot of time in the park and were able to easily get to the Fall River entrance. We would certainly stay here again when we are in the area.

Great location, lovely condo

Front door was very difficult to open from the outside. The dryer vent was bent sharply which prevented clothes from drying properly. Great location, good supply of utensils and cooking elements, and good appliances.

Great Location

Great location and perfect size for the 6 of us. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife outside from the comfort of the living room. The grill and 2 picnic tables were nice! Beds were comfy. Carpet needs to be cleaned! The living room furniture is not in good shape (in particular the ottoman needs to be thrown away). The sofa table and coffee table as seen in the pictures is no longer there.

Great place to stay close to the park

Steve’s house was excellent. Minutes away from the park entrances (we found the Fall River entrance to be very easy and quick to get through) and also very close to the center of town. Very clean and had plenty of space. While it doesn’t have air conditioning, it didn’t bother us as we just opened the windows at night and let the cool breeze come in. Highly recommended.

Met All Expectations

We were surprised by the size of the home. It was very spacious for the 7 guest which were teenagers and adults. It was comfortable and included necessary amenities that we were pleased to see and use such as utensils, pots for cooking and Smart Compatible TVs. Everything was well kept and very convenient.

Overall it was a great experience

The condo is in a perfect location, very quiet and nice views. The inside is also very nice and clean. The one thing I didn’t like was having to wash a load of towels and then wait around to put them in the dryer. Otherwise this was a great property and we would rent again.

Overall a good stay. The main door knob and locks are very difficult and seem worn beyond use. I had to shoulder the door to get in multiple times - my kids couldn't get in or out. Several mattresses and the couch are extremely uncomfortable and need replacement. With these few minor things out of the way - I'd say it's an awesome place and I'd stay there again. Easy access to anywhere in Estes Park.

The house had plenty of room, but it needs some upkeep. Carpet was not clean, some of the furniture was not in good shape and it could use some paint in places. The beds were okay. I’ve never used a VRBO before and was surprised that we were expected to strip the beds, wash the towels and take the garbage out. Maybe that’s the way they all are, but it would have been nice to know that upfront when I rented the place. If that’s the way it usually is, I probably won’t use a VRBO again. The area was nice and quiet which was nice.

Nice centrally located townhouse to call home base.

Stayed here over a long weekend. Townhouse was very comfortable and well kept. More than enough room for our group of 5. Centrally located near town and very close to The Stanley. Keys for the townhouse are very finicky it takes a few tries to unlock. Wifi was not working which was a disappointment considering cell service is not strong in Estes Park. Weather was quite hot when we visited. Townhouse has AC but it was set to 78 and cannot be controlled by from the thermostat on the wall. Bedrooms upstairs were warm at night.

Cozy and perfect for our trip

This was our second time staying in this same VRBO and we loved it again! We come every year for a concert at the Stanley Hotel and we always have the best time. Great location and facilities. Lots of space for each couple and lots of nice together space. Easy check in and plenty of parking. Lots of kitchen supplies and responsive hosts.
