The Space -
Beautiful corner lot in a quiet neighborhood with mature oak trees. No detail was left behind when building this authentic Florida style cottage. This home may only be a two bedroom cottage but it is built with the finishes of some of Sarasota's finest homes. From the vaulted ceilings covered in wood beams to the custom light fixtures, it is truly remarkable! Plenty of vintage Florida details around the cottage to make your stay in Sarasota even more memorable.

Guest access-
The home and all outdoor space is yours! Just one note, there is a garage on the property that belongs to the owner. Its entrance is on a side road out of sight from the home and outdoor spaces so they will never be in your space or area.

We welcome kids and additional guests. We just only have the two beds listed so we put it as a 4 person rental.
