Enjoy the convenience of 1 car garage with opener, laundry on site, and a screened in lanai overlooking a beautiful nature view in the backyard.This home is located in quiet neighborhood and close distance to Manasota and Venice Beaches.We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

The home was very comfortable with easy access to beaches, shopping, restaurants and Cool Today Park with Atlanta Braves Spring Training games. This is our second stay at this home and we look forward to returning.

The house was lovely! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, so easy to prepare meals. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were well stocked. There was a great amount of kids toys in the house as well as beach chairs and toys for the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful newly renovated property. Nice screened in porch, and well done kitchen. Manisota beach is about a 10 min drive.

Great place

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this place. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Centrally located to stores, restaurants, beaches and is in a quiet neighborhood. Trash day was just changed from Friday to Thursday while we were staying here, but we made it in time for pickup. Host was very prompt to any questions we had which were minimal.

Relaxing stay

House was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities of home. Close to beaches and stores. Would recommend to family and friends. Looking forward to coming back here again.

Very,VERY nice

Great place , looked just like photos, only problem was the code for the lock box was not sent with instructions,, I called the owner and she gave it to me ,, I also sent message to Vrbo , but didn’t hear from them until two days later
