2025 OBX Bile Week
Stayed during OBX bike week, not many bikes and not much biker entertainment. Unfortunately, this bike week is a shadow of what it once was. The weather was great and the house/property was sufficient for us. Good location centered in KDH. NOTE: I wished you had sent the checkout notification text the night before. We left the property before 8:00AM and the text did not come out until 8:33AM. I rode a motorcycle and had a five hour drive, so I didn’t see the text until late in the afternoon, long after we had gone.Otherwise, all was great.

Just right
Perfect location, close to everything and walkable to a target and wawa. Lighting is a little weird but the multiple windows help. Living room is super cute ! Kitchen is minimal but gets the job done !
Beds are also super comfortable , the downstairs hangout area and fire pit made the stay that much better !

Cute Little House
This house was so cute and the perfect size for our family of 4. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The location was good, but not a suitable walk to the beach. The hangout spot underneath the deck was our favorite place to chill. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed. The only negative was the outdoor shower, the floorboards were all loose and busted, you could easily get hurt if not very careful. Other than that, we had a great time!

Expected Shaggy and Scooby to drive up in the Mystery Machine! Very nice place, sturdy, clean, and comfy beds. TV was not working, otherwise a very nice home at the beach.

Not too bad for a short stay
You have to cross a main road to go to the beach, better look for the crosswalk some blocks away. The AC is hard to set up properly (at least the heater). The beds are comfortable, but for the first night we were cold without comforters or blankets for the twin beds, and the TV didn't work, after contacting the local Vacasa, we had blankets by the next day, and the TV was replaced for the last night of our stay. The keypad to access the property is a little hard to use, and it takes several tries until the door opens. I think this house is better prepared for summer.
