This 3 bedroom condo unit is decked out in modern furnishings and has a clean and bright interior that gives off a comfortable atmosphere. Fully equipped with all essential items you need to make you feel at home!

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.
Other things to note
➤ Baggage drop off is allowed at the front desk from 8am to 4pm (meaning must be picked up before 4pm) for 5$ per bag

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

~HOUSE RULES~

➜ Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.

➜ Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.

➜ Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

➜ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

➜ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.

➜ No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

➜ No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. This system does not record conversation, it only detects decibel levels. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.

➜ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

➜ No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

➜ Please avoid moving furniture.
Age Requirement: Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

Supervision of Children: DO NOT LEAVE children/minors unattended at the property.

No Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.

No Parties or Events: No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.

Minut Sound Device: Inside the house and outside, we have a Minut sound device - which tracks decibels and the number of individuals inside the property. We will catch any parties and extreme loud noise, so please do not think about being extremely loud or throwing a party. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Guest Limit: No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

No Structures on Property: No tent or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property.

Damage and Cleaning Charges: Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

ID Requirement: Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the check-in day or during their stay.

Furniture Movement: Please avoid moving furniture.

No Pets: NO PETS allowed.

Expectations not met.

What you are getting does not look like the pictures and for us what was described (sleeping 8 people) was not accurate. The communication prior to our stay with the person managing the property seemed professional the space was anything but. When we arrived the first thing we had to deal with at 1am was the smoke alarms beeping due to low battery. Then we realized that the pull-out couch that was supposed to sleep 2 of our 8 guests could not be pulled out. This of all the things to go wrong with our stay was the most disappointing. I noticed that there were reviews in the past that indicated this same issue, but it said the issue was resolved. That is not the case. One of the bathrooms did not have a toilet seat on it. All 8 of us had to use the one bathroom if you had to “sit down”. We messaged the property manager that we had been working with and we were reassured that someone would be there the next day. No one EVER came. In the same bathroom with no toilet seat the plugs did not work (we are savvy enough to check the breaker box. It was not just a flipped breaker). The shower also just floods the bathroom because the seal was not good. There were also several things that were more just a bother than a true hinderance to our stay. The oven is breaking. The air fryer did not work. The toaster did work. There were only two coffee mugs. I do not want anyone who is looking for a nice family stay to think that this is what they are getting.

Great location with amazing view, ok place

I went to Miami with friends for a fun weekend and we enjoyed the location of this place. I had some trouble using the lock system at first but the host was able to help find an alternative method. The host was very responsive to any questions and concerns I had during the stay. I do want to say that luckily we were only a group of five. The sofa bed was broken so one of my friends had to sleep on the actual couch instead of the pull out bed. I used the laundry machine to wash towels (as directed because we needed more) and the dryer burned holes in the towels. I would recommend for smaller groups than what the listing says to stay here.

Spring Break Get Away

Owners communicate effectively and promptly. Provide me instructions on checking in and out. The property was excellent, well kelp, and exactly what the pictures display. The view is fantastic, and it’s located in a great location. I would highly recommend booking.

Great place to stay for a family of 6

Place was beautiful and had three really nice bedrooms. However, we were 8 and the pull out was extremely warped and unusable. We had to put the mattress on the floor so as not to be all crooked while sleeping. I would recommend for 6 people but not for 8.

Amazing 33rd birthday

We arrived at the Brickell property in the penthouse, and it was an amazing view from the 43rd floor. My wife and her best friend and her best friends husband truly enjoyed the easy accommodations and check in process. We were right in the heart of Brickell a few steps away from all of the action and the night life. It was amazing to be able to spend such an amazing experience with them and we truly enjoyed the time. Max and Courtney really communicated well from the beginning of the stay when we booked all the way through the checkout process. We would highly recommend and stay again!!!!
