Owners need to replace all mattresses! Too nice a place to ignore the issue.

For such a nice home, the owners must replace all of the mattresses in the future and we would not rent again without having that confirmation. The property is a very nice townhome with a good layout.Having two "den" areas allows for space for children and adults and in general more personal space. Kitchen is very well stocked and the grill is in good shape. The hottub was enjoyable and the property managers were very attentive and advised us in advance when they needed to enter the property. The location is ski in ski out to Snowflake lift. I hope the owners will take heed as the mattress isssue has been mentioned in other earlier reviews as well.

The rental company was excellent as they reached out during our stay if there was anything needed. We didn’t really have any but wanted to mention for the next guest to provide some dish towels and a single serve coffee maker. Pleasantly surprised that within a few hours they both were delivered. We would definitely rent from them again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This could be a really nice condo but it was lacking a lot in details. Our towels were bleach stained and looked gross. The bed linens did not fit on the king size bed very well, needed deep pocket sheets. The dishwasher was broken our whole stay, but they did refund us some on that. The bathroom showers were moldy too. The sofas had broken springs that were very uncomfortable--they need to be replaced.

Best vacay!

This property is PERFECT. You are steps from the lift. You are very close to downtown and shops. You can easily walk to everything. BUT if your legs are tired from skiing like ours were…you are steps from the bus stop. The bus comes by every 15 minutes. This place is literally in the perfect location. The condo is so nice and has everything you need for your stay. We give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Thanksgiving Trip

We had a wonderful time in Breck over Thanksgiving. The property was perfect for our family. It was exactly as listed and clean as can be. Access to the garage was so handy. Although only a few runs were open, we skied every day with our grandchildren. Great location for skiing even when you couldn’t ski in due to lack of snow. We loved our stay!

Summer Vacation

The Ski Chalet was overall a great place to stay. Very close to everything in Breckenridge and a great hiking trail. The place needs some updates and some easy things to make the stay more enjoyable. For example, almost every window treatment was broken therefore you couldn't fully close them... this was frightening for the kids and uncomfortable sleeping/waking up. the linen could also be refreshed starting with the towels. The couches also could use a fresher smell (stale). I would recommend this place however, for families wanting convenience.

I’d stay here again

Everything was as advertised so it was great to know exactly what to expect. I’ll say that the snowflake trail (impossible for snowboards), and snowflake lift (slow), we’re a bit of a bummer but not dealbreakers. And the listing is through a middleman so communication isn’t directly with a property owner/manager. Meaning some questions took a while to get answered. And for a place that claims to sleep so many it would have been nice to have room for a 3rd vehicle. (We had to park a few miles away at a lot). Other than those minor complaints everyone had a great time and we would come back here again.

Unit is perfectly outfitted...in great shape, maintained well. Another first world problem...three levels which means two of the bedrooms require more stairs...difficult for older folks or disabled. Will definitely consider staying here again.

perfect location for skiing

This location is literally steps from the end of snowflake run and snowflake lift, as well as a rental shop, yet because of the neighborhood layout and trees felt private. we saw people skiing down the street in front of the unit coming off snowflake run and going to their condo a few doors down. Great layout with mountain views and lots of room to spread out for our family. River Ridge, the management company was super responsive and helpful. Two things to be aware of - there seems to be a security camera in the hot tub area. We didn't care, but some might. also the bunkbed room really needed to have the door open at night to stay warm. Again, not a big deal for us. The heated floors are awesome and the kitchen had plenty of cookware, etc. and the coffee machine has a permanent filter. They really did provide us plenty of dish, laundry and shower soap / shampoo as well vs. other rentals we've had. Will definitely stay here again if still available.

Great location and plenty of space

Stayed for a long weekend. Check in super easy. Downtown within walking distance. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms make this place ideal. Overall a great stay.
