NB - Please note 22-27 November is the Santa Catarina Palopo annual festival. It is a fun time to visit, BUT there will be music and a lot of noise day and night during this time.

Sueños de Santa Catarina is a complex of 4 luxury, comfortable, fully equipped vacation rentals with 2 bedrooms, a Sofabed (Queen), 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people.

The 4 Villas share the Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi with Lake Views. PLEASE NOTE NONE OF THE VILLAS HAVE DIRECT VIEWS OF THE LAKE OR VOLCANOES.

Prices listed are for 4 guests. More guests up to a MAXIMUM of 6 are charged at $20pp, per night.

The heated SWIMMING POOL and JACUZZI are shared between the 4 Villas on the property!

Each Villa has two floors. The ground floor is open plan with a living room with fireplace (does NOT work) and sofa bed (Queen), then to the other side a fully equipped modern kitchen and comfortable seating area for 6 people. Under the stairs is a full bathroom with shower. Sliding doors lead from the kitchen to a semi-covered, private outside eating area.

Upstairs are two spacious double bedrooms each with their own bathroom with bath tub! The Master Bedroom is en-suite and has access to the wrap around balcony that offer wonderful views across the property to the spectacular volcanoes of Lake Atitlan beyond.

The second bedroom is a double (Queen) and has a bathroom is right next door and their is a door here on the landing leading to the wrap-around balcony.

Each villa is equipped with a washer/dryer and have access to 1 parking space. We can take requests for a second car space depending on availability. However, there is parking in the town too.

The inside Fireplace does NOT WORK - sorry! BUT: We have firepits for exterior use. Please ask Juan.

ALL FOUR villas are available to rent. Each villa is the same with a Queen sofa bed in the living room. If you wish to book one of the other Villas please let us know. We offer a discount if more than one Villa is booked at the same time.

Villa Santa Catarina #1 - Has a Twin second Bedroom.
Villa Mil Flores #2 - Has a bunkbed with a Full/matrimonial below and a single above.
Villa Jaguar #3 THIS HOUSE - Has a Queen double second bedroom.
Villa Santiago #4 - Has a Queen double second bedroom.

The villas can be rented by the week (7 nights for price of 6) and by the month. Please contact us for prices.

The Perfect Get Away just outside of Panajachel and a great base for exploring the whole Lake Atitlan area.

Please remember this is a small, un-touristy town, so there are not any tourist-aimed restaurants or bars here, HOWEVER, in nearby Pana there are plenty along with everything else you might need during your stay. The Hotel next door has a restaurant and Hotel Casa Palopo a 5-Star hotel is a 5-min drive away.

PLEASE NOTE LISTED PRICES ARE FOR 4 GUESTS. An extra 5th and 6th guest are charged $20pp per night.

SHARED SWIMMING POOL & JACUZZI AREA IS BY VILLA 5 (not for rent) overlooking the lake to the volcanoes: Please be sure to observe our rules and regulations for this area and use of both water facilities.
NO NON RESIDENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS AREA. Thank you for your understanding.

Each Villa and its Terrace is private for guests in that Villa.
The garden, Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi areas are SHARED spaces along with the private and secure parking.

There is direct access to the public beach area from the Swimming Pool area Please see map.

Each villa is private to guests. The gardens and pathway down to the Swimming pool area and public beach is shared amongst the Villas.

ALL FOUR Villas are available to book! So, perfect for groups as well.

Please note their is an armed guard at night for your security. He does not speak English.

Check in is between 2-7pm. It is important to give an approx arrival time and call the Manager, Juan, just before arriving, so he can open the gates - there is no doorbell.

Check Out is BEFORE 11am - sorry no exceptions or we will have to charge.

If you wish to bring guests not staying at the Villa to the house PLEASE BE SURE TO ADVISE JUAN OF THIS AND ONLY DURING THE DAY TIME, AND NOT TO USE THE POOL AREA.

CHECK IN is between 2-7pm. Please be sure to give an approx. arrival time at least 24 hours before arriving. Please also call the Guardian Juan from Pana (10 min drive away), so he can open the gates for you. AND if you are running late.

There is parking (1 car per villa) and at night there is an armed security guard.
We send extensive Welcome Notes to all our guests and have a set in each house for guests during their stay.

Please respect the QUIET HOURS - 10pm - 9am

Check In - 2-7pm. Please advice us ahead of time if you will be arriving after 7pm

Check Out is BEFORE 11am PLEASE!

There are cleaning products though under the sink in the kitchen and a broom in each Villa. If you cannot find them, please just ask Juan.

The kitchen is fully equipped but you will need to bring all your food, drink and condiments with you.

Juan is on call for whatever you might need. He can be contacted via telephone/WA. He does not live on site.
