Casa TzampocはAtitlan湖を作り上げた3つの火山を見下ろす丘の上に位置しています。 サンタカタリナ・パロポのマヤ村とサン・アントニオ・パロポの間に位置し、湖畔の最も有名な2つのブティックホテルの隣にあります。 レストランや地元の工芸品のための素晴らしいショッピングは、本物のマヤ村やパナハチェルの大きな町に数分です。

家にはアンティークと手作りの家具、地元の織物、陶磁器、工芸品のみが置かれています。 キッチンにはグルメ料理を用意しています。 内部空間は、アトリウムと階段で個室とバスルームに分かれています。 美しいマホガニーの窓や扉を通し、あらゆる部屋から火山と外の景色を眺めることができます。

It’s all about the view! Important to know if you’re not physically fit that the hill to the house is very steep & the walk to town about 15-20 minutes. You’ll need to be able to climb into the back of the pick up truck for arrival-4WD required. There's no ATM. Restaurants & groceries are very limited, you may be able to eat at the hotel next door, otherwise you’ll need to hire the cook which is quite costly nearly 400 for two dinners and two breakfasts.

Amazing Family vacation rental!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is exactly as described, except words and pictures do not do the picturesque view justice. My children loved the private pool. Daniel, the concierge/manager, was so helpful and responsive. Teresa cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning and it was a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this property.

Waking up to volcano views

Book it! Absolutely amazing place, location, service, food. Every room has a view and outdoor access. Nicolas, Daniel, Ramiro, and the cleaning lady were all top notch. Booking lanchas and tours with them were a breeze and cheaper/on par for pricing. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Pleasant Stay

Check-in process was easy. Property Manager was very prompt in responding to all our queries and helped us in providing all the required information. Place was clean and well maintained. We all enjoyed our stay.

Stunningly gorgeous views of the lake & beautiful property!

I highly recommend this property. The views were out of this world amazing, the house was large and fully stocked. The outdoor areas & the landscaping were gorgeous! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing but great things to say, you won’t regret staying here.

Beautiful home!

We celebrated my mother’s birthday at the Lake and this home was amazing! All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Whenever I had questions, the concierge Abner, was only a text away. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s stays in this area.

Unreal house on Lake Atitlan with amazing hospitality.

This house and the views are unbelievable. Daniel the property manager made the visit an unforgettable experience with his hospitality and help arranging shuttles, boat rides, taxis, groceries, and dinner recommendations.

Beautiful house beautiful view

The views of the Lake are impeccable. House was well stocked completely clean. I would highly recommend this house. I especially appreciated the concierge help for planning our lake day, shuttles to and from Lake Atitlán, this alone was very important in our trip. Relax and take in the magic of Lago Atitlán in this great spot!

Amazing Place

Our stay was magical! The views are to die for and the house beautiful. The property manager Daniel and caretaker Nicolas were awesome and so kind to us. Highly recommend hiring a chef through Daniel to cook breakfast and dinner in the house for you! The hotel restaurant next door was also delicious and will bring meals to the house. Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely GORGEOUS!!

The best house in Santa Catarina… we absolutely fell in love with the house. The view was heavenly. We loved all of the attention from the people who helped us, Daniel, Ramiro y doña Teresa, very fine people. The entire stay was wonderful! Astonishing house!! Super clean!

Paradise!

The views from this property are breathtaking and peaceful and would have been sufficient, by themselves, to make this one of our most treasured vacations. In addition the staff were spectacular and the home is filled with beautiful Guatemalan art and textiles. Thanks for the lovely respite!!

Great getaway

It was a very pleasant stay. we chose to have the chef prepare our meals, they were good and timely. All staff was very polite and accommodating. I rented the house as a surprise form my mothers birthday, she loved it, was ready to extend the stay lol. Very happy over all. Thank you for a great experience.

Beautiful views

Daniel was very helpful in verifying all the logistics from transportation to having 2 dinners and a breakfast prepared at the house (the food was amazing). Nicholas was always ensuring every need was taken care of in a timely fashion. A trip highlight at Lake Atitlan for all of us.
