Welcome to our beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath beach condo located at the family friendly Royal Gulf Beach & Racquet Resort. The condo features a west facing 4th floor balcony, providing amazing views of the gulf and beach, from every single room. You will want to be there every morning to watch the dolphins while sipping your coffee and back again every night to enjoy the sunset! You may also want to enjoy the award winning Kiva Dunes Golf Course, Marinas, or fresh seafood right at your back door. In this space, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen to meet all of your cooking needs, TVs in the living area and two bedrooms (cable/dvd), and most importantly, amazing ocean views from every room and the balcony!

NEW TO THE CONDO! Brand NEW quartz counter tops in the kitchen and bath, bar area with seating, drop in sinks, paint and a new pull out couch !

Bedroom one offers a Queen bed and in suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (full bed w/twin on top- 80lbs max on top). Guests may also enjoy the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Second full bathroom is located in the hallway.

Guests have access to the indoor and outdoor pools on site, as well as the indoor and outdoor hot tub, gym, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle board, game/book room, laundry room (with credit card access), basketball court, volleyball, putting green, shuffleboard, and outdoor grills with picnic tables.

Ready for a day at the beach? Grab the elevators or use the stairs to access the (FLAT) boardwalk to the beach. Guests are welcome to use the beach wagon, sand toys, and chairs that are located in the condo. Padded beach chairs and jet skis are available to rent seasonally, as well (see beach attendant). Beach showers are available for guests to use at each access point.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at The Sassy Bass located on site.

This Resort is about 13 miles from the main area of Gulf Shores so you get away from all the traffic and crowds, and yet you are a quick drive to everything! And, if a more quiet time is your style, this area is surrounded by golf courses, fishing marinas, local restaurants, nature trails, parks, access to a lagoon where you can paddle the craft of your choice, bike trails, beach access out one side of the building and bay access across from the main entrance. Plus, Fort Morgan is just a few miles away. There are several options for pizza, fresh seafood, bayside dining, and groceries near by.
