Attractions include various golf courses, Bellingrath Gardens, 65 landscaped acres in the midst of a 905-acre semi-tropical rain forest. Charters are available nearby for deep sea and in-shore fishing, or you may enjoy a boat trip which allows you to watch the dolphins play. Visit Fort Morgan, offering living history demonstrations and self-guided tours. Take a ride on the Ferry to Mobile and visit the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park. Take a drive to Pensacola and visit the National Naval Aviation Museum. Looking for a good deal? Check out the large Tanger Shopping Center offering more than 120 factory outlet stores. Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room was spotless! It was so clean, comfy beds, short walk to the beach and pool. We had so much fun and enjoyed our stay. Also I had so many questions and communication with the host was great! Will be booking again in the near future ♥️

This was actually the cutest most beachy beach condo we've ever stayed at! It was super clean, the grounds were immaculate, and the resort was super safe with 24 hour security etc. The beach access was a straight shot with no stairs! Multiple pools on the property, including an indoor option, made it great for a double red flag day or a rainy day. There was an ample amount of luggage carts made available, and two elevators. This was our first time to visit a beach in Alabama, as we usually go to Florida. We will be back!

A little funky but good communication

We arrived and it had an odor to the condo. We contacted the property manager and she had maintenance add some deotorizer. Great communication overall.

Room was great, exactly as described. Not a ton of extra storage in the kitchen or living room area. Only other downfall was the resort had a lot of different renovations going on throughout our stay including one of the main outdoor pools and hot tub being closed on our last day, the indoor hot tub was not hot/ not working, tennis courts in the main area was closed along with basketball hoops. Maybe just verify everything will be open or ask if any planned renovations will be going on.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! There are 4 outdoor pools so even if one is closed for maintenance it does not matter. There are also a 3 hot tubs at the resort that you have access to. Part of keeping amenities looking great and working well is periodic maintenance. Feel free to reach to us regarding the amenities at any time.

The condo itself was great, clean and as pictured. The sleeping spaces are comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The property has easy and beautiful beach access. Jackie was responsive and attentive. The grounds/property were subpar. The elevators were being worked on all week and normally only 1 of 2 was in working order, occasionally both were out of order. The outdoor hot tub was not consistently hot - we went more than once to find it completely cold. Children under age 12 cannot use the hot tub, which was a huge bummer for our kids as the weather was cool most days and being that all the outdoor pools were freezing (none are heated), our kids really didn’t swim outside all week, which was all they had hoped to do on vacation. The men’s sauna was out of order during our entire stay, which was a huge disappointment for my husband. The restaurant on site is overrated and overpriced, everything is fried and tastes relatively the same. We were tired of their menu after only one meal there and it is a haul to get to downtown gulf shores for other restaurant options. Laundry is shared, not in-unit and the payment system is via an app and faulty. We kept having to unplug machines to reset the system in order to get them to work. The tennis court in front of our balcony was closed all week for maintenance. Overall, the unit itself was great but because of the frustrations with property amenities, we will book elsewhere in the future.

Hello Kailee - Thanks for staying with us and we are pleased to hear you liked our condo and enjoyed it. I am sorry for the disappointment you experenced related to the amenities during your stay. There are so many amenities that the resort has to offer that it is odd ot have folks disappointed. There are two outdoor hot tubs so if you were not pleased with one, I am sure you would have enjoyed the other outdoor hot tub. There is also a heated indoor pool that is great for days when the weater is not appropiate for the outdoor pools. If you encountered an issue with the laundry facilities, places to eat, etc. I wish you had simply reached to us for assistance or guidance. There a number of public laundry facilities onsite and there are great places to eat in addition to the one place you mentioned. Thank you again!
