Santa Fe River Front, Luxury Retreat near Ginnie Springs and Ichetucknee

One of a kind, fully remodeled home with high end finishes and furnishings and a 75" LG smart TV. Every detail is perfect in this like new river home. Back deck sets 25 feet off the Santa Fe River and the property has a private dock. Small boat ramp just several hundred feet away is perfect for launching kayaks, jet skis or small boats. (Boater warning! shallow areas / shoals.) This is the ideal destination for kayak trips to see the many area springs including Ginnie, Gilchrist Blue, Rum Island, Ichetucknee and more.

Kayaks included! Two brand new sit on top, fishing kayaks are included for guests.

Must get approval for group events prior to booking. Additional fees apply.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the river house. It had many windows and a bright inside. A beautiful view out to the Santa Fe river. Really no complaints at all. Everything was explained by the host ahead of time would definitely revisit.

We loved our stay here. The location to various springs in the area in addition to having direct access to the Santa Fe river made for a wonderful stay. The property had everything we needed.

A very comfortable recently remodeled home alongside a sparkling clear river. Unseasonable cool, wet weather kept us from venturing out on the river but we appreciated the kayaks were available for our use. A very tranquil setting.

We had a fantastic stay at the River Retreat! The property was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the Santa Fe River. There are plenty of nearby springs to explore, and we enjoyed paddling on both the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers. If you’re a nature lover, I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful, relaxing vacation on the river. The home is clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and the citronella torches on the porch definitely kept the bugs at bay. We will definitely return!

The house was beautiful and so close to everything we wanted to do. My family and I enjoyed the deck every afternoon. My kids loved watching the fish jump and waving to the kayakers. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Totally awesome

This place was awesome. The view, the cleanliness and the location. We were 11 minutes from Ginnie Springs, 8 mins from Fort White and 15 mins from High Springs. This is great for couples that want to get away from the city life for awhile. Will totally recommend to someone else about this place.

Peaceful getaway

We had a lovely time at this cozy house by the river! It was so nice to sit on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee and listen to the birds. The house was clean and in excellent condition.

A Great Retreat

We wanted to get away from the fast pace and slow down for a weekend. This was the perfect spot for that. Very cozy and nicely renovated. Communication and hospitality were great!

Great House for Family of 3-4 Near Springs and River

The house is a great spot to spend time on the river and nearby springs. There are several great springs within 15-20 minutes. The house is very well done and well equipped and you can swim off the small dock on the river. My family had a great time and we hope to stay here again when back in the area.

Beautiful quiet location on the Santa Fe River. Equipped with everything we needed on-site. Very close to Ichetucknee State Park for tubing, cave diving & canoe rentals. I plan to return in the near future!

Santa Fe River

Very clean and well equipped. Great deck looking over the river. The Santa Fe is best for the small boats, kayaks and canoes. We were able to go to several local springs and rivers and had a most memorable experience.

Great quiet peaceful

Close to several state parks. Right on the river, close to a boat ramp. Overall great area for a back to nature get away. Mark is a top notch host! Sweet renovated house. Very well stocked and equipped kitchen. May be coming back again. 👍👍
