Grants an easy access to both Midland and Odessa this home features, four bedrooms two baths and open concept for living and dining as well as a large fenced backyard for your pets. Great for families as well as there is a community pool within the neighborhood that you have access to or just to enjoy the comforts of home and utilize the backyard with Grill or the fully equipped kitchen everything you need to enjoy your stay.

We arrived late in the evening to a home with food debris all over the sofa, chairs, kitchen floor. So I inquired if possibly the cleaning had been missed. I was told no, it was definitely cleaned. Thinking perhaps they did not realize it had been "missed" I sent photos. The sheets were either terribly stained or simply dirty. We were unable to sleep on them and every bed and pillow was very dirty. The owner did send someone over after two hours with clean sheets. I cleaned the fridge and the house so we could stay there as we did not have time to relocate. The owner was unpleasant to work with. If the house was cleaned it would be great! There was other problems like a stopped up sink, but the owner informed me he was out of the country and he would send me a property manager photo number but he never did. After we cleaned it, we stayed without incident. The neighborhood was quiet.

Perfect Stay in Midland!

We had a wonderful stay at this Midland home! The property was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit — from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy beds and a peaceful neighborhood.The hosts were very responsive and made check-in easy. You can tell they care about their guests and go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right.Whether you’re in town for work or a getaway, this house is a great place to stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Midland!

Clean and welcoming

We booked the house for about ten days, during a rocket competition, it was clean with nice amenities - shampoo and conditioner, plenty of kitchen utensils, plenty of towels, and the couple times I called the host, there was an immediate response.

Midland Tournament

Our host had great communication and accommodating our check in and out process. He communicated so well and made us feel so comfortable. I traveled from El Paso for a football tournament and needed access to a kitchen to run my food truck! The home was great and spacious! I will definitely book again!

A Nightmare to say the least

I booked and payed in full this home 2 1/2 Months before the Thanksgiving holiday to have a great selection of available homes, I was coming to visit my Mother who has MS and can’t travel. Two weeks before Thanks Giving I get a text from the Host ,a Realtor - Steven Palma and he cancels my booking, he said he rented it long term.To say I was devastated, was an understatement. The listing did not indicate there was a possibility that the home would cancel because it was on the market. The host did offer me another listing but I had to pay an additional $400.00 and he asked me to Venmo the $$ directly to him , not go through Vrbo. Now, the optional home that I ended up in was disgusted nasty. Immediately walking in there were pet stains on the rug. There was trash as in garbage under the bed, the trash had not been taken out , dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, the sheets had makeup on the pillow cases and clearly were not washed , the mattresses we later discover upon stripping the beds at checkout were covered in urine stains and blood -biohazard, the patio was covered in leaves and rocks , the outdoor heater we all broken and busted , hot tub had no chemicals . My goodness I could go on and on. The house smelled of cats and we were sick the entire time we were in the home but would start feeling better when we would go outside or leave the premises. Check the Host on your potential booking, he has many homes in Midland. RUN

Great Experience

The house was even nicer than I expected. The interior of this house is very well done. Everything we needed and very clean, comfortable and up to date. Will definitely stay here again when traveling with multiple business associates. Beats hotels by a mile.
