エキゾチックデザイナーハウス（多くのプライバシー）w 50マイルビュー（ベストBIRDウォッチング）

Thanks for staying at Del Congos Exotica located directly above the Famous Whales Tail Oceanview (constantly changing view) and National Park. Close to restaurants and Uvita but very uniquely private ( on 13 acres of huge trees with Tons of Birds and other wildlife to observe, even a small canyon and waterfall to enjoy. Gated entry with Bilingual caretaker living on grounds for security ,maintenance issues or question, to insure a perfect family vacation!

Short and Sweet and says it all.

Thanks for staying at Del Congos Exotica. We are unique in that 98% of all Uvita rental houses are on less than an acre of land and we have 13 1/2 acres and can’t see any neighbors, ultimate privacy!!!

We realize vacation time is prime time for all of our guests and families. We consider it a privilege to go out of our way to create great memories. We can arrange tours at the same price as if you book directly and without any of the hassle and language barrier, we also rent both of our cars that are properly setup and equipped for any mountain adventure.

We recognize the importance of a caretaker living on the grounds and very few properties have one. The climate at 1,800 feet is perfect and the primary forest produces the purest clean air. We invite you to come stay with us and be revitalized By nature !

Amanda, Thanks for staying at Del Congos Exotica. Your review is short and on point! 5 Stars says it all. Hope you come back soon.

Tim, Thank you for your kind words. When I am helping VRBO renters before I retired how important a family vacation was! Keeping that in the forefront of my mind, helps me to provide a five star experience to each and every Renter. I’m Not the only one who believes we have the most beautiful view in the entire southern Costa Rica coastline (verified by topographers, returning guests and internet installers) and I also take my job as a Vrbo host very seriously with the end goal of providing an amazing experience.

Del Congos Exotica is on 13 1/2 acres with primary jungle thus lots of wildlife and privacy! Rentals are on small lots close to each other and much less wildlife. We are gated and have a 24/7 full-time maintenance person who lives on site for security.

Brett, Thank you for staying at DelCongos exotica! It’s pretty obvious you enjoyed your stay immensely by the fact that you wanted to extend your stay another day ,not wanting to leave! I hope you return soon.

Mary, Thank you for staying at Del Congos De exotica! It was truly my pleasure to work with your group of nine. From arranging tours for you and your group, Also transportation to and from the airport, and rental of my car. You are a delightful person and I would welcome you in your group to come back soon! Pura Vida Del

Yes, everyone enjoys the privacy and the incredible view. It is by far the best in Uvita. We look forward to your return. As you mentioned, the rental car companies rarely give you the proper vehicle for the mountains. This is why we rent our vehicles which are turbo diesel with all-terrain tires!

Anne, Thank you for your five star review. My home is very unique in that it is on 13 1/2 acres with the best in Uvita 50 mile view of the coastline. There are 30 other rental homes (all of them on the same typical Costa Rican mountainous roads )which are in our development, ours being the closest to town, yet the most secluded and private, and best view of all of them. We are so pleased that we could provide a five star experience for you and look forward to your return.

Thank you for staying at Del Congos Exotica. Back in 2002 (before Uvita had a grocery store or a bank) I purchased the 13 1/2 acres where my home is built. The criteria were view, privacy, small waterfall, and oneness with nature and God. Those that have stayed at Del Congos Exotica have found all that and more. Explore the more than 1Km of private trails , take in the 50 miles of breathtaking oceanfront view from every room and the large infinity edge pool . Wake up to the sounds of toucans ,many exotic songbirds and monkeys. This amount of privacy is a rare find in any part of the world especially with such a spectacular view. At your trips end ,You will be refreshed and ready to face any challenges! Pura Vida, Del

The rain has finally subsided and the roads are drying out. Beautiful sunny days for here on! Rent our vehicle , turbocharged diesel Prado or Fortuner and relax!

Thanks for staying at Del Congos Exotica. Unfortunately, you came the day they were doing roadwork to widen a bridge. The work is a major improvement for the 200 homes that use it. The road is in great shape now. I’m saddened that this event which was outside my control made you not give a 5 star! Yes, our caretakers (who live in separate house onsite) are their 24/7 if you need assistance.

Brett, I really enjoyed meeting you and helping you plan your once in a lifetime Costa Rica family vacation. From helping you with transportation to and from the airport, as well as renting my vehicle and arranging tours at the same price as if you book directly. The outdoor shower is heated and I’m sure you enjoyed the view from it. The multi purpose 3rd bedroom is a cordoned off curtained portion of a super large room and the only bedroom on that floor. I hope you come back soon.

Jonas, Thank you for allowing us to help you organize and plan a vacation of a lifetime. I’m so happy that you enjoyed the Exotica house and pool. I hope you will return soon.

Adrian and I really really love to design custom-made adventures in Costa Rica because we get to use our lifetime of experience to help others.

Celeste, Thank you for staying at Del Congos Exotica. it was a truly a pleasure to meet you. I checked the TV remote and found that someone had dropped it and the connection worked once I put it back together.! Like all electronics in the jungle, the electronic Spark on the barbecue needed a new battery and has been fixed. I was really glad to hear that you will be returning soon!

Ingrid , Thank you so much for staying at Del Congos Exotica. It was our pleasure to host you and your lovely family. Since you have stayed in the area before we were glad to hear that you preferred our house over others as we feel the privacy afforded by the 13 1/2 acres and the service given by our staff can make all the difference!

Thank you for your kind words. Being on a point of a mountain affords many luxuries, the most amazing views in all of the southern Costa Rica coast, Del Congos Exotica is located at 1650 feet elevation, sheltered by huge primary Jungle trees, (except the pool area), the temperature is perfect along with the architectural design for airflow throughout the house, and even gets cold at night, and you have to close the windows. Much healthier than air conditioning as you breathe the pure air produced by the jungle. It just doesn’t get any better.!!! get ready to experience a little heaven on earth…

Thank you so much for staying at DelCongos exotica. It was a pleasure to share my house with such a lovely family. We welcome your return.
