Come to Lake Texoma and make some memories at this unique tiny tin house.

Three minute drive to Shady Park and Juniper Point beaches.

Experience a cozy cabin retreat with close proximity to the Red River area and casinos.

This house is a great space to unwind with an open kitchen and separate dining room.

Outside enjoy a firepit and charcoal grill with plenty of seating.

Ample parking and fiber Internet.

Please notify me prior to arriving if you need the air mattress.
The space
One Loft bedroom with comfy King bad and air mattress has a smart TV. Two bedrooms down, one with comfy Queen +smart TV and one with twin that has a remote control electric fireplace.

August Smartlock on front door (unlock will be sent in August app, you must download the August app from the Play Store or Apple App Store.) Back door must be locked when you leave
Other things to note
House has a charming circular staircase up to loft so please be safe on stairs.

Kids coloring books, puzzles and games are provided.

This was a great house by the lake. Comfortably and uniquely decorated and well equipped.

Pros- Appreciated the quirky interior and helpful labels, size of home met my needs, plenty of towels available, most beds were comfortable, location was near the family member I was visiting.Cons- Surrounding area made me uneasy as a female traveling with kids. TV was much smaller than pictured, making it difficult for a group to watch a movie. Some areas of the home needed cleaning. For example, oven was dirty inside. When turned on, smoke came out. Some dishes were dirty; couldn't find a cookie sheet to use. Oven mitt was dirty, hand soap needed refilling. I felt the home was overpriced for being out of season for the area. We had to eat frozen pizzas from the local Dollar General for dinner as there was no other place open for food. The next day we had to travel to Oklahoma for lunch. We left a day early for these reasons. I stayed for less than 24 hours.

This was the perfect spot for our week stay. We had everything we needed. We also loved the quirky style of the house.

Lake stay

This is a nice place. We had a boat at the Marina and that worked out great and kept our boat trailer parked at the cabin. The cabin had everything we expected and everything worked out nicely.
