Does not sleep 4 people

The apartment is clean and nice. Enough towels and dishes for 4 people. The only issue was that the listing stated that it sleeps 4 people. It doesn’t. There is a king size bed for 2 people. There is a couch (doesn’t foldout) that could be used for a bed, but no linens or pillows provided. The manager knew we had our 2 teenage daughters with us and did not respond to our question of where they were supposed to sleep or our request for an air mattress and linens. Had we known, we could have easily brought an air mattress, as there is enough room in the living room to blow one up. We would still recommend this for 2 people visiting the SMU area, but not for a family of 4.

Excellent stay

Great communication. Apartment clean and great location in Dallas. Right next to workout area. Having a washer and dryer in apartment a huge plus as well.
