Amazing property with great benefits! Our room in particular was very spacious and perfectly slept 6 adults! The floors were pretty dirty so I do suggest wearing shoes while walking around the condo.

Amazing condominium

Love the condo! Loved it being on the 4th floor! Pool and beach proximity is perfect!! Love the beach chairs included!! We will be back!

Exceptional Views

We loved the condo, the natural light and views were incredible. Everything was clean. We had everything we needed for our family. The only issue I had was we did not know the main pool was closed. We were still able to enjoy the small pool, inside pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back! Great location, not far from Pier Park.

Couples Trip

The property as a whole was a 6. There didnt seem to be enough elevators to accommodate the sheer number of people on the property. Then 1 of the 2 elevators broke with children on it. Accessing the parking garage was confusing because I never received the codes. The pools were over run with children. It would seem that with so many pools at least one would be dedicated to adults only. The beach access was amazing.

Family getaway

Overall it was good, however the room was lacking in cleanliness. The cleaning people definitely don’t clean like I do! This is NOT owner maintained and the communication prior to arrival was zilch! The master bedroom bed is horrible. You can see where you lay it’s so broken down. Bathroom vent(s) are loud, the master bath sounds like a loud helicopter. Maintenance came to fix and all they did was clean to dust out of it all while leaving a mess all over the counter that had our stuff on it, that’s it. The one barstool is wobbly, the large blind in the living area was slow, so we left that shut. The rug in the living room wasn’t even vacuumed prior to our arrival and IF it was, they did a horrible job. The street noise for the back bedrooms is awful at times. The one night there motorcycles running up and down the road. Bring your own dishwasher detergent as theirs is junk. We also brought our own laundry detergent and dish soap. The unit has several boogie boards, umbrellas, sand sifters and a few small pool noodles. We left 2 pool floats for future guests . Enjoy!! We would not rent this unit again.
