Home from home

I just spent a month in this condo and can honestly say it is a fantastic place to stay. Yohaira has added so many personal touches to the apartment to make you feel it is more like a home than a holiday apartment. She even provided towels to use by the poolside. Yohaira is very helpful and sorted out and problems (all minor) that I had very quickly. The apartment is spacious with a huge TV in the lounge and another in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and there are plenty of towels and hangers. Great place to stay, I can fully recommend it and will definitely return. Thanks Yohaira.

Great Condo!

We rented this condo for 28 days and had an awesome stay there. There are two AC's that work properly, the internet was unexpectedly fast and good furnishings. We loved the big pool. The staff there is friendly. You can get drinking water for a low price and also get your laundry done on the property. All the bars and shops are in walkingdistance. During day or nighttime, one may hear ambient noise or not, like it is common in whole DR. We would devinitive stay there again.

Great condo ...also furnished very nice...

Have stayed in the Gardens before but Thomas's condo #22 was very nicely furnished. Has two AC units..one in bedroom and one in the living area. Has two TV's ..one in bedroom and one extra large one in the living room and they keep the condo very clean. This is truly a "Non Smoking Unit" which I very much appreciated. It is a short walk to the downtown are and the beach. Security is top shelf...and is guest friendly. Thomas was very helpful with area information and he and his wife responded quickly with any small problems that came up. Will definitely stay again on my next visit to Sosua. Thanks .

Great location, close to everything

This apartment although very dated was well equipped with everything we needed. Anything we noted that was missing, Thomas made sure we had it the same day. The complex staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. The pool was well maintained. There is a BBQ available for use in the common area but it is really in need of replacing. We have no complaints really except that the street noise was very disturbing at times in the night. There were a few things that were in urgent need of repair/replacement,and for this reason we feel that this unit is overpriced. But overall, I guess the location really is the best thing about this unit.

Enjoyed My Stay

I stayed in this property for about a week. Great location. I had a car because I went to other towns, but if you’re staying in Sosua, it's not necessary. Quiet. The property manager, Thomas, is the best. Very accommodating. I'd definitely stay there again.

Relaxing Stay

I stayed at This condo for a week in June. Quiet, clean, comfortable, safe with security, and great service from the manager, Thomas. Although very hot outside, there was a nice cross-breeze with the windows and balcony across from each other. Cieling fans (2), and air-conditioner in the bedroom are provided if needed. The condo is close to everything, yet far enough to "get away" from the night music if you choose. You have to walk your garbage a few yards off the property which didn't bother me and there was no Wi-Fi in the apartment. Also the electricity and the cleaning fees are in addition to the advertised rates. Wi-Fi is very important to me due to my work, thats the only reason I couldn't give the property 5 stars. I would recommend the property to friends.
