Luxurious 1bd/2ba 1st floor poolside Condo located at Playa Alicia Beach in Sosua. This *Brand New* Condo has air conditioning in every room along with stylish new ceiling fans and WI-FI. The living room is equipped with a New 65' Smart TV with a 3000 plus channels and a Leather sofa and love seat that rocks and reclines. The master Bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with deluxe shower heads.

The condo was clean, comfortable, well appointed. Being on ground level allowed for easy access to the pool. A big attached sitting area was nice to enjoy for coffee in the morning, or for drinks/dinner.The staff at the building all very helpful and friendly. Alvaro, the property manager, met me at the property, explaining about wifi, etc, and talking about how the beach and restaurants were just a couple of minutes from the condo. While out exploring at all times I felt safe, and found Sosua to be a great place to visit! I was meeting family for vacation and they all felt the same. All in all a fabulous accomodation, a great vacation and time spent with family!Thank you!

I saw this condominium complex my first trip to Sosua and it was love at first sight! After Covid 19 had slowed down, I decided to take the Plunge in Beach Front Condos and I purchased five!
Come Enjoy the Good Life!

Two beach front restaurants to enjoy. Sun rises and Sun sets to die for!!! Do I need to mention the Beautiful Beach that these units sit on, Playa Alicia. Do your research!
