Dogwood Retreat is a spacious four bedroom and three and a half bathroom home.  Nestled in the edge of Amish country, you'll find this peaceful home to be the perfect place for your next getaway.  On the main floor is a kitchen furnished with the basics for cooking, a cozy dining room, a spacious living room, and a full bath.  All the bedrooms are upstairs and there are three bedrooms with queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has a set of double bunk beds with a trundle.  There are also two bathrooms upstairs.  Outside you'll find a patio area, complete with an inground pool.  Make this your next vacation spot and you'll leave rested and refreshed!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

Thoroughly enjoyed our family time at Dogwood Retreat! The pool was awesome and perfect for large families! It is forty minutes from the tourist attractions so not alot of traffic and quiet. Wifi worked well and would definitely come back!

Not my first rodeo with this property, came last year with family. the family dollar 5 min away is very convenient and the property itself is just perfect. Fridge had a hard time freezing items but other than that my family and I will book this property every year for as long as it stands.

Perfect stay for wedding party

Great Get away

Wish we could have used the pool but to early in the year. Place had plenty of room. Owner responded when called right away. Everything we needed was there. Close to Roscoe Village and quilt shop which we enjoyed. Outdoor fire pit close to pool with plunty of seating.

A Week of Play

We took our daughters and their families (total of 15) to spend a week in this peaceful and beautiful little town in the country. The house was so spacious that no one was cramped for space. One of our grand daughters has down syndrome and she has difficulty in new places. This was large enough that she adjusted quickly, and that made a huge difference from several past family vacations. This is the best stocked house we've stayed in, and very clean. We had an issue with the pool, and it was kindly taken care of by the owners, who were quick to respond with any questions, etc. Great week... we'll be back!!

Pleasant Family Stay

As a family that lives in different parts of the US, it was nice to find a central location to meet and spend a weekend together at. The house was huge, with lots of living room space. The bedrooms were great in size too. The bathrooms were nice too. Something that we didn't expect to enjoy, there are no TVs. The ability to disconnect and enjoy our time together without the distraction of TV was super nice. This is a GREAT home to consider if you're looking for a retreat space. But if you're looking to have a family movie night, there is reliable wifi, so a projector and speakers allowed us to enjoy that. We couldn't use the pool because of the weather, but we enjoyed sitting out and making smores on the little fire pit out there. The location was perfect. It was quiet. The stars are visible; we did a bit of star gazing. We will consider returning for future family gatherings.

MASSIVE home. Perfect location for my extended family to come together for Thanksgiving. We were a group of 14 and the THREE living rooms accomdated us as we split to play games or just visit on the cozy couches. 4 bedrooms upstairs suited the families nicely and we look forward to booking this summer to enjoy the pool. The view out the many windows was charming as the snow softly fell. The home was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom. Thank you!
