Our beautifully appointed bungalow house is located in the convenient and safe community of Normal Heights, 1 block from bustling Adams Ave where all restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Conveniently located between the 805 and the 15, Normal Heights borders North Park and charming Kensington Heights. Just a quick 15-minute drive to Ocean Beach and 8 mins to Balboa Park.

Our house is fresh, modern, and ultra-cozy, fully equipped with a beautiful kitchen, 1 queen bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dinner table, speedy WIFI for your WFH needs, central AC, ceiling fans, and blackout blinds.

Street parking is also free in the neighborhood, but be sure to check the signs for street sweeping.
If you don't have a car, the location is super easy to find for Uber/Lyft and we're within walking distance (one block) of Adams Ave where you can find cafes, restaurants, and bars.

This is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls, but the guesthouse is relatively close and rented out separately. Access to the backyard is restricted as it is private for the guesthouse.
Nonetheless, the house is totally private, quiet, and peaceful with a front porch for morning coffee
