Newly remodeled 1/1 on Gulf. Gulf-facing balcony features fabulous place for having coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening. Unit has fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed wifi, cable tv and all linens. Property has a lagoon filled with wildlife, a nature walk, small private beach area, daily pickleball games, tennis courts, clubhouse, game room, fitness center, app-operated or coin-operated laundry area and the best pool on the gulf — 86 degrees all year. Watch dolphins swim, fish and play in the lagoon from your balcony.
Truly a hidden gem.
Visitors add this place to their return list every time. You are only a stranger once. Visitors and guests are always welcome at the many clubhouse activities — dinners, bingo, dances, etc.

Saw Mamma and Baby Dolphin

Loved watching the tide go in and out of the lagoon. Dolphins, huge variety of birds, people watching... all from our balcony.

I'm sorry you were uncomfortable. My listing states that the bed is two twin beds that can be left together as a king or can be pulled apart for two twins with linens for both. There was no deciept.

We absolutely loved staying here. The view was amazing, a beautiful different sunset every night. We saw alot of wildlife around the lagoon, we did see two dolphins swimming in the lagoon. The heated pool was wonderful. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Gulf Island has the guard shack at the entrance which made us feel safe. The entire place was very quiet, we both enjoyed that. My husband really liked the gym. We were able to bring our two chihuahuas which was nice. Great restaurants near by. We recommend Sam's and Sal's pizza. The ice cream shop around the corner as well. Deborah was great. She responded very quickly to any questions that we had. We had everything that we needed in her condo. We had no issues at all during our stay. Thank you Deborah for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. This is definitely a place we will be returning to!!
