私たちのユニットは完全に改装されました。

複合施設はガルフ島にあり、24時間年中無休のセキュリティがメインエントランスにあります。 建物内の天候からガレージ駐車スペースを提供します。 ゲストがセキュリティをクリアすると、割り当てられたガレージ駐車場に直接進み、同じレベルのエレベーターを見つけてコンドミニアムに連れて行きます。

NON-SMOKING 2BR / 2Bコンドミニアムは、6階のビル＃3にあるガルフフロントユニットです。 6名まで宿泊でき、950 AC / Heed sq。ft。内のあらゆるレベルで家の快適さを提供します。 単位。 ユニットには、全室にHDケーブルテレビ、WIFI /インターネット、天井ファンが備わっています。 お客様の健康安全を促進するために、専門的に清掃および消毒されています。 ペットはいらないでください！

リビングルームには、クイーンサイズのレザースリーパーソファ、レザーラブシート、DVDプレーヤー付き48インチフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。 堅木張りの床のように見えますが、実際にはセラミックタイルです。 メキシコ湾の素晴らしい景色と、4つのハイトップチェアとハイトップテーブルが見られるバルコニーへのアクセスが特徴です。 ワイルドライフ/マリンライフ（鳥、ペリカン、アヒル、マナティー、イルカ）は、鋭い目を光らせてバルコニーから見ることができます。

マスターベッドルームには、壁から壁までのカーペット、キングサイズベッド（ピロートップマットレス付き）、32インチフラットスクリーンテレビ、クローゼット、十分な引き出しスペース、バルコニーへのアクセスがあります。 プライベートマスターバスには、ウォークインシャワー、木製キャビネットと磨き上げられた大理石のトップ/シンクを備えた独立したバニティエリアがあります。

セカンドベッドルームには、壁一面のカーペット、ツインベッド2台、32インチフラットスクリーンテレビ、クローゼット、十分な引き出しスペースがあります。 プライベート2番目のバスには、バスタブ/シャワー、木製キャビネットと磨き上げられた大理石のトップ/シンクを備えた独立した洗面エリアがあります。 このエリアには、洗濯機/乾燥機（このアメニティを提供しているのは少数のユニットのみ）、アイロン/アイロン台もあります。

キッチンには、料理、グラス、調理器具、鍋、フライパン、およびシェフが必要とする可能性のあるすべての調理器具が完全に装備されています。 コーヒーメーカー、トースター、ブレンダー、スロークッカー、まな板もあります。 すべてのFrigidaireアプライアンスがあります。製氷機、セルフクリーニングレンジ、食器洗い機、電子レンジ、ゴミの処理が可能な冷蔵庫。 御影石のカウンター、セラミック製の背面スプラッシュアウト、木製キャビネットを備えています。

A pleasant place to stay

The apartment is very nice and has all the necessary equipment for a relaxing stay. I really liked the balcony, where you can have a wonderful breakfast and of course enjoy the impressive sunsets, whereby the high chairs support the perfect view.

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful sunrises & sunsets! Saw dolphins & sea turtles in the lagoon! Worked out in the fitness rooms when it was tooooo cold or windy to ride bikes! Kitchen had everything needed for cooking & 3 different kinds of wine openers! Hope to be back next season!

The most GORGEOUS sunsets

We loved our stay here! The size and layout of the condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed time at the pool and exploring the nature that surrounded us! Manatee, dolphins, unique birds, a stingray and different varieties of fish and crabs. Our boys were in heaven! Thank you, Tarplees for your kindness and hospitality! Beautiful condo, fantastic view.

This condo is perfect. It has all the necessities from kitchen gadgets to washer/dryer. It is very well kept and clean, beautiful decor. The property is very secure and safe. The grounds are very well kept as well. The view from the balcony is amazing and we spent several nights having drinks and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. It was the perfect place for our girls trip. The have a great deck area and pool. There is also a new beach that opened a few blocks away that is great for the family. I can't wait to plan our next trip and will definitely stay here again!!!

Perfection...

This unit was amazing. You cannot find a better view. We saw so many different wildlife - dolphins, manatee, sea turtle, stingray, variety of fish, and variety of birds just from the balcony. It was clean, updated, well stocked with items needed for our trip. The covered parking is a great bonus. Walt was so organized with everything - the reservation, checkin, and checkout were a breeze. The property is well kept, clean, and very safe and secure. We cannot wait to be back next year!

Outstanding unit

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage daughters. The owners of this condo were thoroughly outstanding to deal with. The unit has an exquisite view of the gulf, fabulous sunsets and one of the best pools I've experienced. Rather tha Chlorine, it is salt water, spotless and large (75 ft long). The unit was obviously newly renovated and tastefully done. It had everything we could need. I highly recommend it for people who like a restful vacation.

Quiet and peaceful

My parents and I had a nice week of vacation at this location. The host (Walt T) was extremely helpful all the way throughout our stay: from booking, till checking out. The condo was exactly as described. My elderly parents found the king size bed very comfortable in master bedroom. My teenage daughter and I shared the other bedroom with two twin size beds. Those were harder mattresses than we would prefer, But after all it was just 7 nights. The views were amazing and we were able to enjoy sunsets and sunrises from the same spacious balcony. My dad and my daughter were fishing right there from the small bridge and from the other side of the building on canal. They used frozen shrimp for bates. We loved the huge swimming pool with exceptionally clean water. It was just a little too warm because of the temperatures during the days and nights being high. We had to go find a swimming beach to be able to get into water. The nicest one was 15 miles south from us - Howard Beach. It took us 45 minutes one way driving there to swim. It was ok, we were not in a hurry. We wanted to visit Wachee Wiichuu water park, which was 15 miles north from us, but waited till the last day and when we arrived at 11 am to the park, they reached the capacity and would not let anyone in anymore for the rest of the day. That was such a pity! I wish they had anything about this on their website. Looks like we will be coming back just to be able to visit that park. Overall, the quiet and serene atmosphere, retired folks, convenient location, simple but clean, and Sams Beach Bar (less than mike away) serves the best crab legs!!

Stay here if you can

Walt was so easy to work with & very quick to get back to us when we had trouble figuring out the internet connection process. We are old & technically challenged.. Enjoyed the stay. Great GREAT view & location of condo in BLDG 3 is great. Would have stayed longer if it would have been available to us.

Beautiful place

Amazing view and beautiful condo

We had a fantastic experience with Walt. Very understanding and accomodating through schedule changes due to a cancelled flight. Property is quiet and a lot of up close encounters with nature, manatees and dolphins in the lagoon daily! We had a great time and would definitely return.

Peaceful getaway

Just a beautiful condo with fantastic views. Easy access to nice restaurants and many things to do in the area. If you like to fish 🐠 you will love the area. We saw dolphins from our balcony. The best part was the price & it came with an indoor parking space. We plan on visiting every year if it’s available.

View WAS amazing!!

Walt is an excellent host. His condo is immaculate and had everything we needed for a great stay. He was easy to get a hold of and checked in regularly with us just to make sure we were happy. The view from the balcony is beyond picturesque. Will definitely rent his condo again in the future!

Beautiful gulf views!!

This was our 4th time in this condo, it is the perfect place to enjoy the gulf and all the nature/animals that go with it! We had dolphins in the cove almost every day, and saw the manitee a couple times as well. Wonderful owners will take very good care of you!

Wonderful vacation time with the family. Great place to get away.

First let me say that Walt went above and beyond in every way to make sure our stay was exceptional. The only thing that was not excellent was the weather (and it wasn't that bad), and if Walt could have fixed that, he would have. :-) He made the stay easy and worry free. It was so nice having 24/7 security. I never worried about our stuff. Everyone we met was very friendly and very helpful. The view over the lagoon and gulf is excellent. We saw dolphins daily, along with manatee (7 total), sea turtles, rays (had one huge manta ray come completely out of the water near us while kayaking, awesome), and all manner of fish. On windy days the lagoon provided a sheltered place to kayak and fish. We caught a lot of fish in and out of the lagoon, enough for several meals. The saltwater pool was wonderful, especially since my wife cannot handle chlorine. On the calmer days, we left the lagoon and paddled out to grass flats in the gulf. The water was so calm and clear, it was amazing. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 5 (3 teenage boys). Everything was well kept, clean, and comfy. Coffee on the balcony in the morning was really nice. The location is convenient to a Walmart Supercenter for groceries and any needed supplies. There are several bait shops near by as well. We really enjoyed the Hudson Ice Cream Parlor, this is a must visit place, and very close to the condo. We also kayaked the Weeki Wachee river (highly recommended). On one of our stormy days, we ventured down to Tarpon Springs for some Greek food and spent a good portion of our day at the Replay Amusement Museum. They have a working collection of vintage pinball and video games. One fee lets you play all day. My family had a blast. Honeymoon Island is a short drive away, and a beautiful place to visit. Sandy beaches, nature trails, kayaking, and swimming are all available. There were a number of other places we had hoped to visit, but the weather did not fully cooperate. On those days, we were content to simply relax at the complex, swim in the pool, walk the lagoon, fish from the shore, etc... There are so many wonderful things to do within a short distance from the condo, yet the condo itself gives a sense of being away from it all. Exactly what we were hoping for on this trip. We plan to return, possibly next winter.

Clyde!!! Thank You so much for the kind words. And I do have to agree with you, "I want my Guests to have their Vacation of a Lifetime in little 'ol Hudson FL". You guys did a wonderful job of finding all the Hidden Gems in the area. It just gives me chills when my Guests have such a wonder trip. I'm here when you need me!!!!!

sunsets last forever!

This has been our vacation spot for the last 5 years and will continue coming... considering moving : ) The Tarplee's have been wonderful renting from; making sure of a safe arrival, to checking our guest in at the last minute. By saying "the view is amazing" would be an understatement, pictures do not do this view justice! A roomy balcony makes for a very enjoyable sunset and just outside the front door, the view goes on and on overlooking the canals. The dolphins & stingrays frequented the lagoon daily and a couple times, a manatee would swim up. The nature trail was very nice as well. This Condo/Unit is very secure, clean and fully furnished; I would highly recommend to anyone. I could go on and on, it's just a very nice get away! Thank you Tarplee's for the use of your condo! We'll be back : )

Best stay ever!

We really loved our visit ! The owners were very caring, thorough and friendly. Their place is homey and beautiful. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful place to relax with a beautiful view

This was our third time using this beautiful condo for our winter get away. It has everything you could need for your stay, and all the people in this development are so friendly, you will definitely enjoy your stay. We've already booked it for next year's trip!

The Hudson Area is much less congested and laid back than the bigger Cities of Florida. The Condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and you still have that at HOME feeling while moving through out the Area.
