A short drive or walk to the slopes. Sleeps 12. Perfect for two families. Close to Grandfather Mountain and Linville Falls and numerous hiking trails/waterfalls.The Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster is two miles away. From winter conditions that are ideal for snow sports to mild summers full of fishing, swimming, and hiking, you'll find plenty of options for outdoor fun all year-round round. Note: Garage is not included in rental space.

Village Ski Shuttle bus "Highlands" stop adjacent to house. Visit https://seesugar.com/bus for pick up schedule.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Note: Garage access not included in rental.

We had a great stay at this property! It was clean and well—appointed and in a great location. We had 2 families for a ski weekend and especially enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you!

Family Getaway

The house was perfect, Well maintained and set up perfectly for multiple adult families. I would recommend this property to everyone. We will stay here if available on our next visit.

Perfect getaway spot

The home was open and spacious, and comfortably slept our group of 10. The hot tub was refreshing in the evening after a long day on the slopes, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. Would highly recommend this house for a group stay!

Super cozy and comfortable - felt like home away from home!

Loved the Jacuzzi on the back porch! Felt like we were in the trees! Great water pressure and another jacuzzi tub in the master! Plenty of room for a couple families. Located minutes from Sugar (tennis and ski) and loved the fact that the Grandfather Mtn, the Perimeter Trail, mountain coaster were nearby as well as super convenient to get to Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Great House in Sugar Mt

What a find! Went up from Asheville for a couple days hiking Gandfather. All booking and check-in and checkouts processes were seamless. House was clean and well equipped (TVs, kitchen appliances, etc). The hot tub under stars and fall foliage was a real bonus treat. Five stars across the board!

Fun ski weekend

House was comfortable and excellent location! Comfortable beds and loved the hot tub. The bus to the slopes was so convenient especially on a busy holiday weekend.
