Beautiful South Yarmouth Escape

Amazing Location!! Perfect for your next vacation get a way. House is a 4 bedroom in like-new condition. Central A/C with a master bedroom on the 1st and 2nd floors. Can sleep up to 10 with access to a pull out sofa in addition in the upstairs master bed. Bedrooms are spacious and bright. Fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Living room has large flat screen tv on wall with Roku set up. Two bedrooms also have large flat screen tvs with Roku set up. Relax in the private, large, fenced in yard with grill, fire pit, table and chairs and outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach.

Closest beach is 3/10 of a mile away with convenient sidewalks all the way down. 10 minute walk to the famous Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House for a great meal or ice cream. Close to all South Yarmouth has to offer - Pirates Cove Mini Golf, Skull Island Sports, Gold Coast Parasailing, Cape Cod Inflatable Park and much more! Keltic Kitchen and the Pancake Man are close for your early morning breakfasts and Captain Parkers and the Lobster House for a delicious lunch or dinner out. Supermarkets, shopping, bakery, playgrounds all nearby. Quick drive to Smugglers Beach and Seagull Beach.

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! The space was amazing for both the adults and kids, with tons of space. The location is ideal and an easy walk down the street to enjoy the beaches. Sara was a great host with all information provided early and with easy access.

Great place!

The property was fantastic! The house was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. There was nine of us and we fit very comfortably. The backyard is great… lots of room to hang out and play yard games. Quick walk to the beach and Skippers. The hosts were great to deal with.

Second time

Great location! Overall house is good, but could really use a deep clean of carpets and sofa cover. Bed on first floor so uncomfortable. Otherwise it’s great. Everything you could need was there and then some.

Quiet yet easy access to all that Yarmouth has to offer. Sea View Ave sidewalks can take you to the beach one way or rt 28 the other. Very convenient location.

Lots of space! Perfect for 2 families as it can be used with 2 primary bedrooms. Lots of room for the kids inside and out. Backyard is huge and fenced in. Endless days and nights can be spent outside.
