The unit was great for our stay on Amelia Island. Loved the views from the balcony and enjoyed morning walks on the beach with our dog as well as very convenient to the walking trails. Very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The property management company was very responsive to questions we had before our stay.

Good views and convenient for us but it really needs some updating, better bedding and a general remodeling. The ocean air does take its toll but i am disappointed in the lack of attention to maintenance

Jeff, we appreciate your feedback. Bedding is an easy fix, but we're not sure what you mean by maintenance. We have many repeat guests who love our home and the location. We're sorry it wasn't for you. Amelia Island has plenty of options, and I'm sure you'll find a great spot.

The location was very good and the property was very nice. The beach was perfect and in a place that vehicles are not allowed, which is a big plus. The owners were very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful, well equipped Condo in a quiet, safe family Friendly Oceanfront Community. Perfect for teen Granddaughters who had never visited Florida. After experiencing Pensacola, and Cocoa Beach, Amelia Island was their favorite.

This property is a great location and we enjoyed it quite a bit. Our concerns were with the property management company. They have a lot of rules, including a mini-lease, pool restrictions, and a quasi-working washer/dryer. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals, but there were a lot of small things to deal with. We’ll go back to the community but probably stay in a different property. Also, they have so many remotes for the TV, haha!

We apologize for the washer and dryer's condition not being ideal. A new set will be installed at the end of August, so future guests won't have to worry about that. We require a lease from all guests at every one of our homes, which is a common practice that protects both property owners and guests. It's clear you had trouble following the rules because our housekeepers, who typically keep quiet about how they find the homes they clean, said that you and your children “trashed” the place and it took a very long time to clean. We wish your future hosts the best of luck!

Great Location and view of beach

My family stopped in for a quick weekend retreat on our way to family further south. I love Amelia Island and this is a great spot for a couple or families.
