Legendary views, hill top home in Livingston with hot tub and central AC

Luxury meets locaton at The Holiday Rambler. More than a beautifully remodeled vacation rental with million dollar views; the Holiday Rambler is an ode to the sophisticated and stylish lost style and sounds of Montana. New life has been breathed into this mid-century hilltop home that once belonged to a beloved local who had a love for music. Step in to a place that feels familiar and sleek, modern but vintage - a bit like an old vinyl. Livingston is known for it's western bars, Friday night lights and honky tonk sound. Stay in the Holiday Rambler and experience your own Livingston sound. This spacious home sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. A hot tub for soaking, room for gathering or cooking or just soaking in the unforgettable views, central air conditioning - it's as nice a home and location as you can find in Livingston, the Gateway to Yellowstone National Park (45 minute drive). Walkable to downtown and the neighboring parks; location is key in this expansive modern home.

Our stay was amazing! The house was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The home is very spacious as well, all of our guests were able to have their own room. The extra living area and dining space is also a plus, and the hot tub was perfect! Thank you so much!

Sisters Trip 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was perfect. Was a little disappointed that there were homes directly in front of us. The picture with the yellow chairs is misleading to me.

We are glad that you enjoyed our home, but we do have several pictures showing homes next door. This home is in a neighborhood in town but does have some incredible views. So sorry that you felt mislead. That was not our intention.

A Livingston Gem

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: KM always does a great job with their properties and The Holiday Rambler is no exception. It was super clean, spacious, and with all the amenities one could ask for. We had four adults and could have fit several more in the house. Oh, and the views are fantastic. It's a lovely spot for a group or anyone needing a first class retreat in town.

Couldn’t Be Better!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: VRBO was clean, conveniently located and so well equipped. Everything from bag clips to premium hair and bath products. Lots of dishes and well stocked with supplies: laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. Hot tub was sparkling and we really enjoyed this amenity. We will return. Only issue was lower level had spiders. We should have reported because Key was very responsive but the time flew by.

Amazing views from the front window and chairs perfectly placed in front. Also, the bright yellow helped us know which home was ours each time we turned the corner. Inside home was well equipped for our needs and very clean. Had a wonderful lunch on the patio in the back. Highly recommend if you're staying in the Livingston area to book this home!
