Welcome to your peaceful retreat in Topsail Beach!
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an upstairs loft offers comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Comfortably sleeps 8 and can accommodate up to 9 with flexible sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, ensuite bath with large jetted tub, huge walk-in closet with built-in drawers
• Bedroom 2: King bed with ample storage
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed with ample storage
• Living Room: Queen and twin sleeper sofas
• Loft Area: Bonus hangout space with Roku TV and seating (baby gate available to block stairs)

Highlights:
• Fully stocked kitchen—cook meals to enjoy inside or at the picnic tables outdoors
• Large decks with coastal breezes and Intracoastal Waterway views from the back deck
• Outdoor shower (hot & cold water)
• Washer and dryer in-unit
• Dog-friendly (max 2 dogs, $200 non-refundable fee per dog)
• Beach gear provided: Chairs, umbrellas, beach cart
• Easy beach access: Just a 3-minute walk to the public beach entrance
• 1.5 miles to Topsail shops, dining, and entertainment
• 7 miles to Surf City Pier

Included Linens & Starter Amenities:
One towel and washcloth provided per registered guest. Plus, Sol Searching Properties offers thoughtful “starter” items to get your vacation off to a great start (not meant to supply your entire stay):
• Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer & filters
• Kitchen scrubber, dish towel & washcloth, dish soap
• Dishwasher tabs, powdered laundry soap
• Bar soap (per bathroom)
• Ziploc bags, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels
• CLEAN linens including comforters & shams
• Beach towels (one per guest)
• Pack and play, high chair, and noise machines (available upon request, first come, first serve)

Rental Terms:
• $400 security deposit and signed renter agreement required via OwnerRez after booking
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid ID

Very clean house that suited our family’s needs. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to a beautiful beach. Our host & her concierge, Melissa, promptly answered any questions. Fully equipped kitchen although some cookware may need replacing soon. Everyone in our family commented how comfortably the beds were-a BIG factor in enjoying vacation time!!

Well appointed, enjoyed our stay

This house is in a great location and we felt comfortable having the dogs there. Well appointed with "starter" supplies. Beds comfortable / linens / towels lovely.

Gem in Topsail

Stayed in Topsail for the first time. The location of the house was a very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed being so close! Checking was simple with lots of communication prior to the stay. The house is clean and comfortable. A nice eat-in kitchen and bar for dinners that was open to the living room We enjoyed having the beach gear and corn hole game. Checkout was also very easy. Topsail is very nice and offers a relaxing getaway.

My family of 5 had a great time at this property. Perfect for a no nonsense beach trip. Pretty was clean and very comfortable and 6 minute walk to beach! Host was great to work with! I would stay here again!

Perfect Family Trip

The home was picture perfect and clean. We enjoyed sipping our morning & evening beverages on the front porch while listening to the waves crashing on the beach-which is a couple minutes walk. It’s in a perfect location!

Even closer to the beach than I had thought!

We were so happy with this house! Everything was very clean and very comfortable, especially all three beds! The master bath was huge and the closet in the master bedroom is incredible! There are multiple places to sit outside. My family, which includes my two daughters in their 20s, had a wonderful time spending time together in this beautiful house!

Beautiful, clean, welcoming property! Everything was great, had awesome " home amenities", we didnt use much of those things,but great for on hand if needed. Also, while not ocean front property as everyone seeks, it was just a short 5 min easy walk to beach you could glimse the water thru the houses and definately hear it! Had beach towels, a wagon beach chairs and some other accessories made it nice we didnt have to bring these types of things if you dont want and can use thiers n easier to use the wagon!Nice, quite neighborhood. Plenty of hot water. The beds are comfy, master bathroom tub was a plus.

Steps from the beach

Perfect house close to the beach access. The beach buggie made transporting chairs and umbrella easy. The upstairs loft was a nice escape for meditation in the mornings and views of the sunset from the balcony. Property manager was quick to respond with a question I had. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location and really nice house.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great. It was an easy walk to the beach, and to a few places on the inlet where there were fishing spots. VERY QUIET area. Definitely pack your own towels, toilet paper, hand soap and trash bags. You only get the toilet paper roll on the holder (and ours was not a full roll), the hand soap was almost empty, and there was only one towel and wash cloth per person. Only 1 trash bag provided. There was a whole list of rules and it was a little intimidating, I printed it and stuck it to the fridge so no one would forget them.

I am sorry but we advertise “starter items” not your whole “vacation items”. Here is the list of my check out rules for anyone who wants to know before booking. AT CHECK OUT: Please make sure washer and dryer are empty, the dishwasher only has clean dishes in it and running no dirty dishes in sink or dishwasher. Fridge and freezer are completely empty, all trash is out in cans, and cans pulled out to road if it’s a trash day. Leave beds messy that were slept in and towels in tub in bathroom and thermostat set on 72 if AC or 65 if heat. That above and @no smoking”. Although you gave us a 5 star I don’t think you were fair on your details. Hopefully people will visit our website for a much better depiction on the “details and rules”

Perfect getaway spot for our little family

We absolutely loved staying at Searenity! It’s more at the southern end of the island, so it’s more peaceful and quiet. I loved the location, the beach side and sound side were within walking distance. It was so convenient! The house was clean, well kept, and we definitely appreciated the WiFi/roku hookups and clean bathtub for our 2 year old daughter. We all slept comfortably. The visit all in all was fabulous! With the positives does always come some negatives but they’re very minor.. The pots and pans (which I know are provided as a courtesy) were definitely needing to be updated. Some of the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the little upstairs loft. And we did have some issues with the code not working for the front door. But overall the visit was wonderful and we would absolutely stay again! Betsy Powell was wonderful and was very attentive to all of my questions and concerns. Very easygoing person to work with! Just as we had hoped

What a great place to spend a few days. All of the photos are accurate, the location is great and we so enjoyed our stay. The property is easy to find and in a great location - it was a short walk to the beach, or a community fishing pier and a short drive to the bay side area on the point. Even though it is on the main road, it was very quiet in the evenings and not a ton of traffic during the day either. The house was comfortable with big tv's and decks. Under the house was wonderful with an outdoor shower (GREAT water pressure too) and hose off area. All of the provided beach items (chairs, umbrellas etc.) were fantastic as was the wagon to haul it all. The only downside was the shower in the master is comically small in a big bathroom, but the shower in the other bathroom is fine. The upstairs area is great for watching tv when others downstair are off to bed. Down at the South end of Topsail it was not as crowded as it seemed further up so I would recommend this end of the island as a choice. Betsy the host was quick to respond when I couldn't find the entry e-mail so we appreciated that for sure. This is a great place in a wonderful location and would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Recovery in Paradise

After putting a permanent dent in my couch from chemo treatments I had becomie a professional couch potato. At home I am fortunate that I have three living rooms one library room I have used all of them for a different view. I have replaced couches for different field and then I realized I needed a different venue so I saw this charming place online. I immediately send it to my best friend in Boston she flew down. My son flew in from Boca Raton and we went my two best Buddies. I cannot begin to tell you how refreshing it was to know that this house was extremely clean and organized an absolutely beautiful the views the sunset room for all three of us to move around that house without stepping on each other‘s toes. It was just perfect. Outdoor shower was wonderful after the beach, the decor is so adorable. I highly recommend this beautiful house. You will not be disappointed. It is literally walkable across the street to the beach and if I can do it after my illness, it would be quite easy for anyone the shops the food was amazing. The full kitchen at the house gave us choices , we didn’t have to ask for anything. It was completely well suited well stocked with all the essentials you would need to enjoy your vacation. I was so blessed to be able to find this gem.
