This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Location at this vintage duplex is second to none. You`ll enjoy being walking distance to MILLS50 district food, dive bars, entertainment, breweries and so much more!
The property has received a makeover while retaining its original vintage charm. Still original and preserve are some accents in the bathroom, vanity mirror is original steel, as is the flooring and more 😎

Built in 1925 The Cozy Vintage Bungalow at Mills50 district is a 1/1 duplex that shares an adjacent wall with the neighboring unit. The property is located within walking distance to much entertainment, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, breweries and more!
🍽 - Kitchen comes fully stocked with 4 burner gas stove, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator, cutlery, plates, glassware, mugs and coffee maker. Just off this area is a small nook dinning area which seats 4
🛋 - At the turn is a living area with coffee table, 2 sleeper sofas, fireplace and a 42` Roku equipped TV to stream all your apps.
🛏 - The sleeping area is just beyond the living room after entering the studio and has a Tempurpedic cooling Queen-size mattress.
🚽 - A full bathroom comes with a standing shower, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
🅿️ - Free Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles out in front of the home or street side.
🚫 - No local residents
In case you missed it, Orlando has developed into a living, breathing city where people have jobs that don’t involve giant furry costumes. And as Orlando takes its rightful place among major US metros, the “cool” neighborhood they’ll be talking about is Mills 50. Artists and savvy developers have transformed this drab stretch of Florida into a colorful, creative haven where you’ll find the city’s largest collection of murals. Even the storm drains and dumpsters have been turned into works of art.
Like a miniature half-priced Santa Monica, the streets are filled with yoga studios, tattoo shops, and holistic wellness centers. Oh, and with outstandingly eclectic food, thanks to an influx of immigrants from Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Asia. A short walk away is The District, a neighborhood co-op where local artisans and urban farmers peddle their wares. The best part: it’s beautifully, blissfully tourist-free.

🚪- There are two entrances to the property (front & rear). Please ONLY enter through the front door as we are in the process of replacing the rear door locks.
Parking - please ONLY park using the spaces in front of the home. There is a small concrete slab/half driveway which can accommodate 2 vehicles located to the left of the home when facing the front door. Additional parking is available on the street but please follow any posted signage to avoid tickes/towing of your vehicle.
🤫 😴- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.
❌- No smoking - if you need to do so, please do it OFF PROPERTY. $550 FEE. Zero tolerance
🚭- No Animals
❌- No events or parties
⛔️ - As a courtesy to our neighbors, Please do not loiter on front porch after 10pm. Its a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy 😊
⚠️ - If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. We ask that they be parked on a sidewalk. Failure to do so may result in fine
🚫 - Please DO NOT throw away feminine hygiene products or anything other than Toilet paper down the toilets. If we require plumbers to service the home due to this, you will share the expense. Please be responsible and discard such items in the garbage.
📨 - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue.
🅿️ parking is street only or up to 2 vehicles may be parked in the paved area in front of the home next to the fence (Left side when facing the front door).
📅 - For stays 10 days or more we require a complimentary weekly tidy cleaning.
🌸 Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers will need access to front and back yard to cut grass.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, verification, and a security hold of (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available).
