Entire One Bedroom Garage Apartment Garden and Shared Pool in the Heart of Downtown Orlando's Historic Lake Eola Heights Neighborhood. Short walk to Lake Eola, Orange County Courthouse and 7-Eleven. Take the free LYMMO bus through downtown to the Amway Arena, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, City Hall and much more. Short drive to theme parks, Winter Park and UCF. Upstairs garage apartment located in a quiet garden area behind our historic home.

Entire One Bedroom, Upstairs Apartment with Private Entrance and Balcony.

Fully Equipped Kitchen with Dishwasher, Full size Refrigerator with ice maker and Full size Stove and Oven and Pantry.

Full size Living Room stocked with plenty of books and a Leather Sofa and a Rocking Chair for lounging while reading or watching TV. Smart TV and Wi-Fi included.

Sunny Bedroom features a Queen Size Bed with luxury linen , Large Walk-In Closet with Washer/Dryer and plenty of storage shelves. Black-out curtains for when you want to rest.

Shared Garden includes Pool Area with Slate Deck with lounge chairs and plenty of beach towels.

Safe neighborhood with plenty of FREE street parking available.

Really enjoyed the stay here. Was very comfortable and close to downtown without feeling like you were. Wish the weather had been warmer to enjoy the beautiful pool area.

Cheryl is such a sweetheart and made our stay so pleasent. She had great recommendations for things to do and restuarants to try out as well as answering any questions about the area. The house was decorated so nice, both inside and out with plenty of books to read to relax after a long day exploring the town. Definitely a great spot to stay and will be trying to book with her if I'm ever in the area again

Lovely property

The hosts were fabulous. The property is beautiful with a pool and lots of flowering plants. The landscaping and layout give you a peaceful and private vibe despite being a nestled downtown.

Amazing Stay

This private garage apartment was absolutely amazing. The space was warm and inviting, with a full library. It’s everything that makes you stay in a place like this vs a hotel. The hosts couldn’t have been any friendlier, truly kind people that made sure the stay was nothing short of perfect. I couldn’t recommend this property enough.

Cheryl and her husband were super friendly and helpful. They gave us a quick tour and then left us alone unless we needed something. It was our first time booking with VRBO and would 100% do it again.
