Great ski in ski out!

condo was very clean kitchen was well equipped with anything you needed. Beds are very comfortable we had a great time easy ski in ski out would defiantly stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The property manager is responsive and helpful. The condo is lovely and clean and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great spot at Breck!

Clean and roomy condo. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location for ski in/ski out, and close to town for dining/shopping. Good communication with host. We did notice a lot of noise from the upstairs neighbors. When they walk around it sounds like a herd of elephants lol, but we would still stay there again.

Winter break - family of 5

We loved your unit and felt spoiled with having ski in/ski out! We ate lunch in the condo everyday instead on the ski lodge, which saved a ton of money! Plus it was nice to rest on the couch before going back to the slopes. We would definitely stay here again!

Family ski outing

Great location. Easy ski in and out. Condo was very clean and worked perfectly for our family. Could use a few extra towels for going to the jacuzzi.

Not as close to town as expected...very noisy building

We arrived into Breckenridge late after a delayed flight in Denver. Our shuttle driver could not find the location of the condo. When we finally located it the poor lightning made it extremely difficult to find the unit number. The lock box on the unit was near impossible to open in the dark and cold. Overall the condo was very nice and clean but we found it very noisy due to the neighbors and the outside noise. I would recommend the property manager as being very efficient and the condo for being clean and well equipped but it was not as close to town as expected and we did not get much sleep due to the upstairs neighbors and the outside noise. I would suggest a write up within the condo explaining how to access the ski in and ski out trails and how to get to town if you do not have a car...If you want to ski out without taking off your skis to get on a lift you do not want to stay here.

Good place to stay

Spent 3 nights in B2B. Communication ahead of time was good. Covered parking and easy access to the condo. All the beds were comfortable. Ample space in the living room and kitchen. Hot tub is a 1 min walk away. Skiing was a breeze. Take the elevator down, walk 50 ft, put your skis on and ski a couple hundred yards down. You take your skis off and walk 50 ft to the Snowflake lift. The road might be icy. Overall a nice place yo stay and ski.

Great Ski Weekend

Our group consisted of my spouse and I and our two adult children. The condo was well-furnished and had enough room for everyone. The large living room/kitchen was the center of activity for the long weekend. It is a nice ski in and ski out location. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Comfortable 2 bedroom. Beds were good and kitchen very functional.

Only issue was hot tub was not working while there. Ski in ski out decent however you have to walk across the street to get on snowflake lift. Skiing in was very good down four o’clock. Condo was very functional

New years at Breckenridge

We were really happy with our stay in your condo !! Ski in ski out was great , we would actually ski down for lunch and get right back up the mountain quickly !!The kitchen had every utensil we needed and we found everything perfectly clean.I will definitely recommend this unit to my friends and hopefully will be back next year !! Tyra Summit on Four O’Clock

The location of this property is incredible! Ski-in/Ski-out with an elevator made being on 2nd floor very easy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and over all it was very comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom was not very comfortable and should probably be replaced. Management was very responsive to request and even allowed a later checkout to accommodate our shuttle to the airport. Overall it was a great experience!

Family ski trip to Breckenridge!

This is place was wonderful! So much room and equipped with all we needed for our week at Breckinridge. Loved it was right on 4 o’clock run you could ski down to Snowflake lift to get on the mountain without having to go down to the Gondola but if you wanted to, easy to get there from this run. We will definitely be back and will recommend this condo to anyone coming to Breck. Thank you!! .

Family Ski Vacation

This condo is in a fantastic location. This was our first splurge on a ski in and out condo and the location on 4’oclock did not disappoint. We were able to come home for lunch, take a break and head back out for afternoon skiing. It was easy to check in and out, the condo was clean and had enough space for our family of 5. I would recommend bringing your own pool towels and cleaning supplies. There were no hot tub or pool towels available - had we known we would have brought our own, so we used our bathroom towels instead. There were no cleaning supplies in the condo so we had to buy some on our own. Probably in normal times would not have been an issue but given COVID we felt the need to be able to clean. The outdoor hot tub is awesome and was much appreciated after a day of skiing. Great location! Definitely would book again.
