Love the location, beds and everything are very nice. TVs in every room that worked just fine. Great kitchen stocked with coffee and machine. Be extra extra sure to note if you have small kids that there is a spiral staircase up to two of the bedrooms and that you're comfortable with them using that. There wasn't great communication around parking and we wound up with a threatening note on our car that it would be immediately towed/booted. My bad if I missed comms on this but make sure you have it worked out!!

Great time next to Breckenridge

About a 8 minute walk from the Gondola. 4 o Clock drops you off maybe 3 minutes from it. Short walk to Main Street. Excellent location. The house is clean and comfy with plenty of space for our group of 7.

Breckenridge visit

Great place and location. If you have young children, the spiral staircase may not be safe. Great property in a super location- easy walk to downtown.

Excellent property!

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was "as advertised": neat, clean and in a great location, which made for a very fun ski trip with the family! We had a 5-10 minute walk to the gondola and downtown shops.

Nice place in a great location

Wonderful location! Nice place, it wasn’t as cleaned as we would hav hoped. Trash behind night stand, stains of comforter but overall a nice place at a good value.

Thanksgiving getaway

We loved the location to everything and that the property had 3 full bathrooms.The kitchen was also very well stocked. When we had a problem with a missing chair they brought us an extra one quickly.Overall a good stay!

Nice condo in great location

The unit was nice in a very convenient location. Great access to downtown restaurants, shops, trails. There were minor problems - a beeping smoke detector - that took several days to get fixed.

Fantastic ski getaway

This was our first trip to Breckenridge. Not knowing the area, we were so happy to find how convenient this location was to Main St. shopping and restaurants, not to mention easy access to the slopes. Condo was clean and very well appointed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy and towels soft. We also had easy and regular communication with property management To plan for our trip, access the city do and for checkout. Definitely would stay here again!

Short and Sweet

We stayed for only a few nights but had a great experience while we were here. There was some issues with the fridge when we first arrived and management struggled to find someone to fix it quickly but they did everything they could to try and accommodate us. I was very satisfied with their response to our situation. The location of this unit was amazing! Only a short walk from Main St or the Gondolas. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location

Couldn’t ask for a better location, and the place is a really nice size. Being able to see the hot tub from the window and weather is is occupied is a major plus, and apparently according to a map in the elevator there is a 2nd on in the property but we never had to go looking for it. A few maintenance issues that could used addressed such as several places where the laminate or vinyl flooring is popping up and gorilla tape was just stuck over it to keep it down, but hopefully that will be addressed soon.

Review for Ski Hill 8

Our overall experience was very good. The property was very nice and the property managers were very helpful. I did miss not having a washer and dryer in the unit and would only rent a unit in the future that has a washer and dryer. Also the mattresses in the two upstairs room we’re not comfortable and need to be updated. Another thing we had trouble with was the amount of thermostats in the unit as we stayed pretty cold the first four days and finally realize there was another thermostat in the main living area that we had missed. Once we discovered that, things were much more comfortable. I live in Florida and only have one thermostat. Thank you.

Great location with very comfortable beds!

Myself and two other family members stayed here over the MLK long weekend. I had the master bedroom on the main floor and my family members used the bedroom on the second floor. We really liked the condo and would book it again for future trips to Breck. Pros: -Very comfortable beds (I have a few herniated disks and I slept perfectly. -Supplied humidifiers to counter the dry Breck air. -Free parking for one vehicle (2/3rds is covered parking and 1/3 is un covered parking. Its first come first served for covered parking, but it would be at least $30-45 if you are parking at the city parking ramp. -Apple TV and Apple Pod -Spacious master bedroom -Ample beds (1 King, 2 queens, and I believe there is a fold out couch) -3 bathrooms (most other condos only has 1 or 2) -Very nice kitchen with plenty of plates, cooking pots, spices, etc -Very nice master bathroom -Area to store skis / snowboard upon entering the condo. Cons (ish) -The stair case to the second floor is a very tight steep metal circular staircase, which makes taking large suitcases up stairs, somewhat difficult, but I just had the young people stay up there and it worked out perfectly -The 2nd floor has one bedroom that is sectioned off with a wall, which is great, but the other queen bed is in an open space that you must past through to get to the bedroom. If you have a family it is not a problem, but if you have 3 couples, then you just need to be aware that one couple will need to pass by the open bedroom area to go to the bathroom or to go down stairs. All in all, this was not a problem for us. -Cleaning and service fees (I think this is common for all VRBOs, but expect to pay a few hundred dollars) Notes for future guests: -There are only a few ways to get to the Breck ski area and one is the Gondola that is only a 4-5 minute walk from the Condo. I would recommend being at the Gondola early as the first chairs start at 8:30. We showed up at 10:00 on MLK weekend and spent an hour in a 500 person line trying to get on the Gondola, so if you want to maximize your ski time hit the Gondola by 8:00 and be at the lifts starting around 8:30/9:00. Breck shuts down in the afternoon (4:00 pm I think) so you don't want to waste half of your day trying to get to the resort. -The condo is only a few blocks walk from main street, which has all of the shops and restaurants, so I think this condo is in an ideal location and you likely won't need your car once you arrive.

Great space for what we needed. My friend and I were climbing Quandary Peak, so it was just the right amount of space to cook and relax. It was close enough (walking distance) to where we needed to get on the shuttle to take us to the trailhead. We were also close enough to walk to the South Gondola and spend the afternoon up on the mountain. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We did have trouble connecting to the internet the first night, but then I contacted SkyRun and they helped me reset the router and it worked. The stairs were difficult to navigate with a big suitcase, but I was warned from the previous reviews of the stay. The box fans were a big help at night to keep cool.

Best Spring Break

First Fellas trip with my son and brother. Could not have picked a more perfect spot. Property was as listed and extremely convenient to Gondola and to town. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Will be back!
