✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $100 per night refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ A mandatory resort fee of $29.68 per night will be collected upon check-in, not included in the daily rate.

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ Complimentary valet parking is highly encouraged and available daily from 3 - 10 p.m.

✦ Please note that repairs to the Bougainvillea (2000) Building will take place Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning September 28 through the end of the year. During this time, guests may experience construction noise and temporary changes to stair access.

✦ Ongoing hurricane-related repairs are expected to continue through the end of the year. Construction crews will be on-site, and guests may experience noise from hammering, sawing, drilling, grinding, scaffolding, and other repair work. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these necessary repairs.
