The unit is fully renovated with a new kitchen and has an open-floor plan and new beautiful hardwood floors. Walking distance to Malden Center train station, close to Boston, downtown Malden, grocery stores, parks, and local breweries. Washer and dryer are in the basement. Pets are allowed.
The unit is in a two-family building that sits on a quiet residential side street. It is walking distance to Malden downtown, a wide selection of restaurants, two grocery stores (stop and shop and super 88), and New England Coffee. There is a very nice park right in the corner. There is one brewery in downtown Malden and quite a few in Everett that is not far. Close to Malden Center train station that takes you to Boston downtown.
