Enjoy the best of mountain living at this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom All Seasons condominium, ideally located just 200 yards from the First Time chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort. Whether you're here for world-class skiing, summer golf, or exploring historic Main Street, this condo puts you in the heart of it all.

The Space
This comfortable and perfectly situated mountain condo features everything you need for a relaxing stay in Park City. Overlooking the Park City Municipal Golf Course, you'll enjoy scenic views and quick access to both golf in summer and cross-country skiing in winter.
Inside, the condo offers a spacious living area with plenty of seating, HDTVs with a full entertainment center, a fully equipped kitchen, and two private ensuite bedrooms — ideal for families, couples, or small groups.
After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in the heated therapy pool with Jacuzzi jets — the perfect way to relax and recharge.

Great location!

This was a perfect spot for a Park City getaway. Close to the base of the mountain and easy access to bus line. We loved the hot tub too— a perfect way to end the day!

Great location perfect for skiing

Awesome location. Just a few minutes short walk from the slopes with a bus stop right outside. Host was great. Check in very easy. Clean and exactly as described.

Great location condo

Easy communication with the owner. Extremely good location to walk to the lift. Quick uber in to town. Highly recommend and I would stay again.

Great summer location

This property was in a great location, central to the Olympic Village, Main Street, shopping, restaurants and the highway. Communication was easy and quick. The small was quite small but we never had time to use it.

Best rental for families!

Unit 106 was a perfect rental for my family. Besides the inside of the unit, the location could not be beat. Directly behind Coles for easy rentals, and walking distance to the lifts, we could actually ski back to the front door! The hosts were responsive and answered all my questions even though all the answers were on the welcome website that I did not review fully..... This was the best rental I have had, and I will be reserving it for my trip next year.

Convenient to slopes and great pool

Very comfortable for four people. Quick 10 min walk to the First Time and Eagle lifts in the morning. Loved using the hot tub pool after a full day of skiing. Condo was well equipped and clean. Furnishings were basic but comfortable. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Hosts even provided humidifiers for both bedrooms, which was much appreciated. The fireplace was nice, but guests must know how to light a gas pilot light because it does not stay lit so safer to turn the gas completely off after use. Didn’t realize the condo didn’t have laundry but managed without. 30 minute walk up to Park City Main Street. Would happily stay here again.
