OVERVIEW
The condo is conveniently located across the street from Park City ski resort, making it the ideal location for your winter ski trip or your summer/fall hiking/biking mountain getaway. It comes equipped with a stand-up desk and extra monitor to facilitate longer remote working trips. Main Street is a pleasant 15-20-minute walk, or you can take the free Park City shuttle from the stop located a 2-minute walk from the condo. Ski and bike rental, coffee shops, and grocery store are all a 5-min walk. The onsite pool and hot tub are open daily from Memorial Day to Sept 30 and during ski season. Free onsite parking. Sleeps 2–6.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This light airy two-level contemporary mountain-setting condo has one bedroom and full bath on the main level and a second bedroom and full bath in the upstairs loft area. Both bedrooms are equipped with plush king-size beds and plenty of drawer storage. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room area allows for additional sleeping capacity but requires packing away each morning to allow for comfortable movement around the condo.
The fully equipped kitchen and balcony grill give you the choice of cooking at home or heading out to one of Park City’s many world class restaurants. A Keurig machine, and complimentary K-cups are provided to get you started in the morning and the in-condo boot and glove dryer ensure that you start each day with dry fingers and toes. Locked closets for ski storage and in-condo bike storage for up to four bikes provide you peace of mind when you are done with your day's adventure. (Two bikes of any type can be stored inside the unit and two bikes on the smaller size (like cross-country or trail bikes, but not enduro or downhill) can be stored in the porch closet.)
For those looking to work during their mountain stay, the upstairs loft area is equipped with a stand-up desk, chair, and additional monitor. A smart TV allows you to access your own subscription services, or you can make use of the basic HD cable provided. Wireless phone charging pads and highspeed wireless internet ensure you stay connected.
A balcony with bar height chairs offers an outstanding view and is a great spot for a sundowner after a long day in the mountains (or at that stand-up desk!!). A wood burning fireplace provides a cozy cottage feel for cooler summer/fall evenings and those brisk winter nights.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Longer Stays: For stays of 30 days or more from April 1 to November 30, please contact host for prior approval. For stays of 15 days or more from December 1 to March 31, please contact host for prior approval. We may require intermittent cleanings for stays that are longer than two weeks.
Xmas Stays: For guests staying over the holiday season, we have a full size Xmas tree and we will contact you prior to your stay to ask if you would like the condo decorated for your stay.
Summer Stays: For guests staying in the summer, the condo is equipped with two portable ACs, ceiling fans, and box fans. Please be aware there is no central AC.
Cleaning: We take pride in the cleanliness of our condos and your comfort during your stay. Unlike other places, our cleaners change the duvet covers on every clean, in additional to all sheets and towels.
Other things to note: The condo is on the third floor. There is no elevator, but it is an easy walk up. The pool and hot tub are closed from the end of ski season until Memorial weekend and from October 1 until the start of ski season.
