Just minutes from the Garden City Pier, this condo offers direct beach access via elevator, a private balcony with Atlantic views, and a cozy, fully furnished layout perfect for your next getaway.
Inside the condo, you’ll find:
King-size bed in the master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom (tub/shower combo)
Two pull-out couches in the living room, ideal for extra guests
Second full bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower
Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, appliances, and dining essentials
Open dining area with a table that seats six
In-unit washer and dryer for added convenience
Private balcony with panoramic ocean views—perfect for coffee at sunrise or relaxing after a beach day
