It’s that time of year when resorts are getting a little extra care and attention. Balcony repairs are currently taking place, which means balcony access will be temporarily unavailable.
The good news? If having a balcony is important for your stay, Rising Tides Properties have several other beautiful oceanfront condos available that offer full balcony access.

Oceanfront Condo 503 – 1BR, 2BA with Balcony, King Bed & Ocean Views
Welcome to Rising Tides Properties Condo 503, a beautifully furnished one-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the 5th floor along Waccamaw Drive in Garden City Beach, South Carolina. Just a short walk from the Garden City Pier and an elevator ride from the sand, this condo offers a relaxing space to unwind with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Inside the condo:
King-size bed in the master bedroom with a private ensuite bath (tub/shower combo)
Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests
Second full bathroom with a walk-in shower located off the hallway
Open dining area with seating for four
Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, cookware, and essentials
In-unit washer and dryer for added convenience
Private oceanfront balcony perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation
This unit sleeps up to 4 guests and provides a cozy, beachside atmosphere that makes it easy to feel right at home.
