Two bedrooms, One bath. Part of a duplex. Great location on the island, short walk to the world-class beach, two and half blocks away. Comes with beach wagon and chairs, and umbrella for a great beach stay. Very relaxing place, great location for your vacation. Free trolley to everywhere on the island. Parking space provided. Garage has washer and dryer in the B unit, you do share that with A. The island has great restaurants, a great FREE transportation system, and a great vibe overall. You will love it.

The place was clean and everything worked, I somewhat understand the furniture situation in but the glass tables are not the best to have for people walking around at night.

Great Day

The property was located perfectly and ready for us. There were plenty of supplies including a garage with a washer and dryer, beach supplies and extra chairs.

Great stay at a great price!

Clean and comfortable home. Price was great. Three block walk to the beach. Would stay at this property again. The only suggestion I would have is to supply more washcloths. There were plenty of towels.

Excellent Host and Property

This trip we rented two properties; this one and another bigger house closer to the beach owned by a corporate group. The differences were night and day. While the bigger one was very "high-end", it was devoid of any personal touches and extras we've come to expect from a rental (coffee filters, garbage bags, dish washing gear, sharp knives, etc.) This one had everything and more than expected and was an excellent value. My wife and I used it as a get away from the kids and grand kids. It's a ten-minute walk to the beach, and is quiet and safe. It's on the main drag, but noise was never a problem. The only warning I'll give is for the visibility of the glass-topped coffee table. My failing vision made it easy to "bark" my shins on it until I marked out its perimeter with four books on the corners. Best host and property ever. Perfect hide-away from the kids. We'll be back.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental on Anna Maria Island! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops, making it easy to enjoy everything the island has to offer.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the outdoor space was a wonderful place to unwind after a day in the sun. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out.We truly felt at home and created so many wonderful family memories here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient vacation on Anna Maria Island!
