NEIGHBORHOOD AND PROPERTY ARE CURRENTLY PROTECTED FROM FLOOD WATER - WALLS CONSTRUCTED BY FIMA. The flood walls run along the back of the house and in between the house and the garage. They do not block the view from the main deck or the rec room deck. Please ask for videos and details. Also, there is one camera in the living area two outside to alert us of possible bear intrusion (none yet happy to say) - cameras can be blocked during your stay.
