The main floor provides an open floor plan with connected Kitchen/Dining/Livingroom for easy gathering and entertaining. Private main deck with great views of Morrisey Mtn. Half Bath also on the main floor & cozy gas/propane fireplace. On the 2nd floor you will find the master Bedroom - King bed with high-end cooling tempur-pedic mattress/Hotel Hilton quality linens, juliette balcony & ensuite. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with Hotel Hilton quality mattress/linens & ensuite. The lower level offers a flex room with queen bed/memory foam mattress/linens and another full private bathroom. Also located just off the lower level is a private 6-person hot tub surrounded by mature trees. Our hosting services includes one parking pass during your prime time stay. Close on-site visitor parking is also available on a first come first serve basis. Passes can be purchased separately for any additional vehicles if required. Other things to note- Townhome is located with a 15 minute easy walk( 1 kilometre) to the Village centre & is situated in close proximity to Nordic ski & snowshoe trailheads. There is also a free shuttle service to & from the Village. Very ski/out to the Morrisey & Orient lifts. Day passes can be conveniently purchased prior to boarding the lifts in the Nordic Centre. Ski/in to your mountain home via the East Village Ski-way.

great family vacation!!
We really enjoyed staying at this location! Our hostess was great and very helpful when we had questions. The kitchen was well supplied with anything you could possibly need, plenty of towels and necessities needed for a longer stay and beds were very comfortable. there was even plenty of coffee and welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates! Yummy! Check in and out was seamless. We also loved that the hot tub was fairly secluded from neighboring condos and the road as well. And the location was an easy walk into the village. So much to enjoy at Sun Peaks in the way of food and hiking etc. Overall the condo was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion i would have is the need for fans in the bedrooms upstairs during the hotter season. Leaving the windows and sliding glass doors open at night worked well for us though as it was early July and still fairly cool over night. Other than that our stay was flawless and we would definitely stay here again!!
