Gorgeous Ski In/Ski Out Townhome, Close to Village

Echo Landing 45 is in a ski-in/out town home complex with easy access to the new Orient Chairlift, and situated along the 15th hole of Sun Peaks high altitude golf course. A 15 minute walk into the village centre, and a fun toboggan hill just across the road.

I really enjoy having friends and family gathered together in the kitchen. We have set up the kitchen with everything you need! From upgraded stainless steel appliances, cutlery and crockery, blenders, mixers, toaster, crockpot, coffee maker, baking pans ect - everything you will need to make a yummy toasted sandwich or a full gourmet meal. If I missed something - let me know and I will look into having it there for your next visit :)

Newer Apartment

Nice 3 bedroom 3 level apartment. Very good floor layout on the 2nd and 3rd level. Very good selection of furniture and nice decoration. Overall comfortable place.

Wonderful Holiday Destination

This property is new, beautifully appointed and very liveable. Bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage and the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and functional. Kitchen / dining / lounge are on the first level and very well set out. The kitchen had just about every appliance / pot / pan / bowl / dish / utensil you could possibly need should you be wanting to prepare you own meals (or even bake). The garage is huge with plenty of room for ski / snowboard equipment as well as a vehicle and the closet just inside the from door had plenty of room for ski gear / coats etc. The property is situated about 1.2km from the town and about 400m from the nearest lift. This is our first foray into skiing in Canada and we would love to return both to this property and the ski area.

Impressive Condo, Positive Experience

Our family had an overall positive experience at Sun Peaks, and this was largely due to the quality of our condo. It slept all 6 of us comfortably - the beds were spacious and the linens (including towels) were clean and fresh. The kitchen was spacious and new, - it offered everything you needed to cook full meals for our family. There is a lot of comfortable seating in both the kitchen and the living room. The floors are worth mentioning, - each room has tile and/or wood floors that are heated. It provided for a cozy and comfortable environment after being on the hill all day. The garage is super clean and has benches and hooks that allow for comfort and equipment to be appropriately stored. The location is highly desirable, the cleanliness is impeccable, the quality of the condo is superb. One last thing, the actual host was very gracious to offer early entry given my elderly parents were travelling with us.

Great home away from home

We enjoyed our stay, the home is spacious and contemporary. The house was clean and well stocked and the beds were very comfortable.it was great to have the double garage so we were able to park both our vehicles off the street. The house is a bit further out from the main lifts, but there is an easy ski to a lift closeby. We loved the 15-20 minute walk, the weather was amazing so it was good to be out. If we’re coming back to Sun Peaks, we would definitely consider staying here again.
