Pictures look really nice
Looking at the pictures and amenities that were available when booking everything looked great. Within 1 hour of arrival my family and I realized the weeks stay was going to be very challenging. There were some good things beds were comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked for preparing big meals. But the problems out weighed the good. There is a step down out of all the doors of about 16 inches which left my husband who is on a walker no way to get outside. The property manager was very kind and sent someone out to put some cinder blocks down to try and help. It rained most of the week which didn’t really matter but we were unable to sit out on the deck at all because all the water from the condo above this unit leaked down thru the ceiling keeping the furniture outside and deck soaked at all times. There is no covered area from the weather. There was a lot of mold on the ceiling in the second master bath. The shower did not drain it was over our ankles before we finished showering. My son in law went out and bought drain cleaner to clear it up some. There were gum woods on the floor in the bathroom from previous guest. The furniture in the family room was nasty and terribly worn out. None of the TV sets in any of the rooms worked all week due to the fact the owners had them locked with their passwords. Again the management company sent out two different people to try and fix and they were unable because of the owners locked passwords. Not worth the money.
