It was perfect for our family vacation! We had 10 people and the space accommodated everyone perfectly. When the listing said "steps away from the beach," they mean it. It was so convenient being so close as we were traveling with small children. The location is quiet too! The pool was small, but the kids had a great time! We have found our space when we come back to visit PCB!

Panama City beachfront

This house was perfect for our family vacation that included adults and grandchildren. We could go back and forth to the beach easily and often, which was nice for the babies’ napping schedules and taking beach things back and forth.

This townhouse was lovely. Direct access to the beach was amazing. Each bedroom had a private bathroom which was great traveling with 4 couples. We had a great stay.

Location was amazing

Our family had a great time. Location was perfect right on the beach. However this unit needs a good deep cleaning, paint and new carpet would do wonders.

Men’s Fall Break at the Beach

We had a group of men come down to the beach for fall break and enjoyed our stay right on the beach. We really like the view and the ease of access to the beach! The property was clean and just as described! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach accommodation

The condo is so accommodating for a large family. It offers privacy with the bedroom layout and with on-suite baths for each bedroom. Access to the beach is the best and the porch is wonderful! One of the best we have ever rented!

Right on the beach

We loved this townhouse! The 2nd and 3rd floors each have a master and a BR with a double and 2 twins. These were ideal for our large family of 12, ages from 15 to 80. The beautiful beach was the star of our trip - no long haul of equipment or supplies and no big crowds. We loved it and we will be back!

Peaceful vacation

The location and view was amazing. The condo itself could use some deep cleaning. Carpets need replacing it smelled musty throughout the whole condo.

Beautiful, spacious and on the beach

Beautiful unit, deck was easily big enough to accommodate 8 adults. Bedrooms 3&4 have a queen bed and 2 twins in each. All 4 bedrooms have their own private connecting bathroom. The deck and 2 balconies had stunning views of the gulf. If you want to be on the beach, this was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Would highly recommend!

Great location for the kids to hit the beach. Lots of room for all to spread out. Pool is between 2 buildings so does not get a lot of sun. Pretty cold but hold your breath and go for it. Parki g can get a little tight

Great location, LOTS of room!!

2 families with special needs kiddos down for Christmas break. There's so much room in this condo! Property manager was easy to get a hold of (we couldn't find the dumpster). Only complaint would be the flooring in the kitchen area REALLY needs to be replaced. And if you don't mind steps, 33 from top to bottom, then this place is amazing!!

Easy Beach access

This is our 2nd year staying at Southern Beach exposure. C last year and B this year. Property management company is the best we’ve worked with. Great communication (Hurricane Helene tried to wipe out our vacation). The unit we stayed in this year is in need of some repair. But it didn’t hold us back from having a great time. We will be back again next year.

Great Family Getaway

Thank you so much for providing access to such a wonderful beachfront property. Our entire family (7 adults, 4 children) thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It allowed us all to enjoy each others company while avoiding the inconvenience of being in separate units. It was a home away from home. The location being on Front Beach Road itself was perfect. We had direct access to the beach right outside our back door, along with easy access to local attractions (entertainment and restaurants) friendly to all ages. It so happened we were visiting during the time of a couple of music festivals, which provided an even more exciting atmosphere. We would definitely rent again at this location.

The house was wonderful. Housekeeping needs to clean under beds and furniture, but otherwise, good. We had a heart transplant patient with 4 fractures in her spine, we rented an electric beach wheel chair which allowed her to go to the beach. The electrical outlet on our deck didnt work and owner of unit next door wouldnt allow us to plug in our electric wheel chair on theirs. I booked this house before her surgery, and fractures so she had to sleep on the couch because she could not do all the steps to the bedrooms, which was fine. This townhouse is 3 stories with all bedrooms upstairs. We were allowed to check in early for an additional charge, which we did.the 2 master suites are gorgeous with beautiful views from the balconies.
