Excellent communication from the time booked through checkout. Easy check in process. Awesome location right in the middle of town and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Condo was super nice and comfortable. Had all the amenities we could have asked for. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

Our recent four-night stay at the River Overlook Loft: Downtown Condo was our culminating stop on the 24-day adventure my wife and I took in the Rockies. We were at trailheads at sunrise at eight different locations most mornings. The River Overlook Loft was the perfect way to finish our adventure! From the start, Trent was very helpful and so positive! Since our stay was in September, Trent helped us secure our timed entry passes into Rocky Mountain National Park that were necessary with good advice, so we were able to hike every trail of our choosing at the time of our choosing! Although my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stays at the prior stops during our trip, the River Overlook was definitely the best of them all! The location, the Loft, and Trent's attention to detail all added up to a great stay! We highly recommend The River Overlook Loft if you want to have a memorable and enjoyable stay in Estes Park!

Fabulous, fabulous stay. This is a top-notch condo with a lovely river view. Good things: AC was quiet, wood cabinets throughout, bed was very comfortable, silverware and dishes were high quality, TV had streaming available (your subscriptions). The elevator was appreciated for move in and move out. Even in August, nice to have the fireplace on in the early morning. Host was very quick to answer any questions and even sent an email to remind us of the timed entry requirements for the park. Really, really nice place.

Loved this property. Especially the deck sitting over the creek. Such a great location and extremely spacious space. Trent was so helpful providing information and responding quickly when I had questions.

This condo has a great location, walking distance to most places in the main business area of Estes Park. Plus the flowing stream/river right behind the condo allows the please sounds of the flowing water to come into the condo when opening the windows.

Fall getaway, in search of snow!

My husband and my five year old daughter and I had a wonderful time staying in this condo! You literally could not beat the location. Each day we walked right down the stairs and right across the street to ice cream, shops, and food! Estes Park downtown was so cute and at this time of the year totally magical with the Christmas lights twinkling as we walked. When it snowed there were snow plows and people out clearing the side walks and streets bright and early. The condo itself was so spacious yet super cozy! We loved the warm fire place and comfy big bed. I’d love a few more family board games stocked but they did have a few! The kitchen had everything we needed. You just truly could not beat the location. Rocky Mountain National park was just a few minutes away, so we checked everything off the list we wanted to do! Hikes, food, and seeing beautiful snow. I loved the check out process too, they were so reasonable with their expectations. Thann you!!!

Exactly as expected

This was a very nice centrally located apartment. We were there for work and rearranged the dining room table as a desk directly looking out over the patio within earshot of the river. Coming from 105 temperatures in Texas, having the ability to have a door open was an absolute pleasure. Everything was clean, safe, well stocked, and convenient. We were able to take advantage of the Rocky Mountain National Park every evening (no entrance time reservation after 2 pm) and even the rain each night was a blessing-- we have not seen rain in months. Owners have done a really good job. Thanks.
