* Like most homes in our beautiful mountain town, this home does not have central air conditioning. Instead, enjoy the refreshing mountain breezes by opening the windows and screen doors, and take advantage of the provided ceiling and floor fans to keep the home comfortable throughout your stay.

* This property has a single camera that scans the driveway entry and staircase for added property/guest security.

* Winter Months Note: Please be aware that during the winter months, weather is extremely unpredictable in Estes Park. We strongly advise that guests use a 4WD or AWD vehicle to reach this property and safely navigate Estes Park.
