Peaceful guesthouse located just 1 mile from the AMP

Enjoy staying on our peaceful 3 acre property, yet only minutes from the Promenade Mall and AMP. Quick access to I-49 will take you quickly to all of the area attractions including the U of A, Crystal Bridges, Bentonville's bike trails, or Walmart headquarters.
While you are home enjoy the peaceful setting and relax in our 2 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and incredibly comfortable Helix King mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room a sleeper sofa with pull out queen bed to sleep up to 6 people total. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need including microwave, frig, stove, crockpot, coffee pot, toaster, etc. There is also a full size washer and dryer.
We live on the property and are onsite to insure your next stay is everything you want it to be.We would love the opportunity to host your next stay here in NWA.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s in a prime location to all things food, entertainment, highways etc. We loved how quiet, spacious, clean and cozy it is. Are biggest plus was how kid friendly the space is. We will definitely be back.

Best VRBO we have stayed at!

My husband and I came to town for our anniversary weekend. This property was perfect for us. It was perfectly clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, peaceful, & conveniently located! We felt at home & had everything we needed. Beautiful porch and outdoor area. Even though it wasn’t in a neighborhood, it felt very safe & was near other homes. We loved it!

Best VRBO yet

Our expectations were exceeded.The beauty, solitude and privacy were exceptional. Sunrise views through the huge windows, French doors and from the large deck were the perfect way to start our days.And, it’s a short drive to the Crystal Bridges museum, Bentonville Historic Town Square and restaurants and shopping.We’ll be back.

This was the prettiest, most peaceful place to stay. It was so quiet, clean and stocked with everything you need. Great location close to everything. Beds were very comfortable . I wish the bedroom had blinds or darker curtains because it was very bright as soon as the sun came up . Also there weren’t any window coverings in the main room, so felt a little exposed even though it’s a beautiful view.

Perfect place to stay for our granddaughter’s graduation. Location is ideal-only a short distance from great restaurants and shopping centers. Very clean and modern guest house.

Perfect location for concerts at Amp

Nice cozy two bedroom with easy access to the Amp. Owners were very nice and responsive to all of our needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Cross Country Motorcycle Trip

Absolutely beautiful place, great location, very clean, plenty of space and the host has thought of all of the little things that make a stay extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!
