Peaceful guesthouse located just 1 mile from the AMP

Enjoy staying on our peaceful 3 acre property, yet only minutes from the Promenade Mall and AMP. Quick access to I-49 will take you quickly to all of the area attractions including the U of A, Crystal Bridges, Bentonville's bike trails, or Walmart headquarters.
While you are home enjoy the peaceful setting and relax in our 2 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and incredibly comfortable Helix King mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room a sleeper sofa with pull out queen bed to sleep up to 6 people total. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need including microwave, frig, stove, crockpot, coffee pot, toaster, etc. There is also a full size washer and dryer.
We live on the property and are onsite to insure your next stay is everything you want it to be.We would love the opportunity to host your next stay here in NWA.

The guesthouse was absolutely perfect for the few day respite we needed. Totally relaxing environment. So lovely watching the sunrise each morning. And the decor was stunning. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in! Cannot wait to return!

Great spot! Holds a family of 4 just fine and is an awesome layout with great back patio. 100% be back for sporting events and concerts at the AMP which is so easy to get to and from.

We enjoyed our time staying at this Peaceful Guesthouse. Holly was a very accommodating hostess, the decorations were beautiful, and my children enjoyed the room to play in the backyard. The beds were comfortable. We have mold allergies in our family and she even ran an ozone machine before we arrived, which we really appreciated. During our stay we had an issue with the garbage disposal and it was fixed immediately after letting them know. There were a few signs that there had been some water damage around the doors. We did not have any reaction like it was a mold issue, but something that should be addressed.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It’s in a prime location to all things food, entertainment, highways etc. We loved how quiet, spacious, clean and cozy it is. Are biggest plus was how kid friendly the space is. We will definitely be back.

Best VRBO we have stayed at!

Great place

It was the perfect place to stay while we’re in town for a wedding. The apartment is beautifully decorated & centrally located to popular attractions. Since we visit the area frequently we would stay here again .

Beautiful, peaceful, & conveniently located! We felt at home & had everything we needed. Beautiful porch and outdoor area. Even though it wasn’t in a neighborhood, it felt very safe & was near other homes. We loved it!
